Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ukladzie linii, wzornictwie i ksztalcie. The essence of an industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in a characteristic arrangement of lines, design and shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia znicz w widoku od strony sciecia w rzucie aksonometrycznym, fig. 2 – znicz w widoku od tylu w rzucie aksonometrycznym, fig. 3 – znicz w widoku z boku od strony sciecia, fig. 4 – znicz widoku od tylu a fig. 5 – znicz w widoku z góry. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the form of a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle in a view from the cut side in an axonometric projection, Fig. 2 – the candle in a view from the back in an axonometric projection, Fig. 3 – the candle in a side view from the cut side, Fig. 4 – the candle in a back view, and Fig. 5 – the candle in a top view.

Znicz sklada sie z korpusu oraz zdejmowanej pokrywy. The candle consists of a body and a removable cover.

Korpus od dolu posiada podstawe o ksztalcie od dolu i góry scietego stozka, w czesci dolnej na zewnatrz wyoblonego na obwodzie którego sa obwodowo rozmieszczone pionowo usytuowane po- dluzne nieprzelotowe rowki, przy czym podstawa od przodu jest ukosnie scieta. Od podstawy sa wypro- wadzone w góre równomiernie rozmieszczone na obwodzie lukowate elementy ozdobne posiadajace wijaca sie galazke krzewu rózy z kwiatami oraz listkami obwiedziona z boków lukowatymi plaskimi ele- mentami na które to lukowate elementy ozdobne jest nalozona od góry nasadka o ksztalcie scietego od dolu i góry stozka z pionowo usytuowanymi na obwodzie podluznymi rowkami, przy czym nasadka od przodu posiada ukosne sciecie, nadto wewnatrz korpusu jest umieszczony klosz posiadajacy od przodu plaska scianke. The body has a base in the shape of a truncated cone at the top and bottom, with a rounded outer perimeter, vertically arranged longitudinal blind grooves, while the base is diagonally cut at the front. Arched decorative elements extend upwards from the base, evenly spaced around the perimeter, featuring a curling rose bush branch with flowers and leaves, bordered on the sides by flat, curved elements. A cap in the shape of a cone, truncated at the top and bottom, with vertically arranged longitudinal grooves, is placed over these arched decorative elements. The cap has a diagonal cut at the front. Furthermore, a lampshade with a flat wall is placed inside the body.
