Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a graphic symbol intended for use in the cinematographic industry, the publishing industry, the clothing industry, the games and toys industry, and especially in the educational industry, as well as on websites and for advertising purposes.

Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac symbolu graficznego wyraza sie w jego ksztal- cie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. The new and individual character of the graphic symbol is expressed in its shape, line arrangement and colors.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia symbol graficzny, fig. 2 – pierwsza odmiane symbolu graficznego, fig. 3 – druga odmiane symbolu graficznego, a fig. 4 – trzecia odmiane symbolu graficznego. Symbol graficzny charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi go antropomorficzna postac orla w pozycji stojacej, w widoku z przodu. Postac orla posiada koszulke i czapke, spod której od przodu wystaja pióra. The graphic symbol is characterized by an anthropomorphic figure of an eagle in a standing position, viewed from the front. The eagle figure wears a T-shirt and a hat, from beneath which feathers protrude from the front.

Jedna z brwi postaci orla ma poprzeczne wyciecie. One of the eagle figure's eyebrows has a transverse cutout.

Obok postaci orla znajduje sie stylizowana postac lwicy, w widoku z przodu.
