Description of the Industrial Design The subject of an industrial design is a graphic symbol intended for use in the cinematographic industry, the publishing industry, the clothing industry, the games and toys industry, and particularly in the educational industry, as well as on websites and for advertising purposes.

Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac symbolu graficznego wyraza sie w jego ksztal- cie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. The new and individual character of the graphic symbol is expressed in its shape, line arrangement and colors.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia symbol graficzny, fig. 2 – pierwsza odmiane symbolu graficznego, fig. 3 – druga odmiane symbolu graficznego, a fig. 4 – trzecia odmiane symbolu graficznego. Symbol graficzny charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi go stylizowana postac lwicy, w widoku z przodu. Postac lwicy posiada koszulke, kokarde na glowie oraz makijaz oczu w postaci grubych rzes nad którymi znajduja sie cieniowane powieki ograniczone od góry linia brwi. The graphic symbol is characterized by a stylized lioness, seen from the front. The lioness wears a T-shirt, a bow on her head, and eye makeup in the form of thick lashes, above which are shaded eyelids bounded at the top by the eyebrow line.

Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego posiadajaca takie same ksztalty i uklad linii jak w wersji podstawowej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stylizowana postac lwicy znajduje sie obok antropomorficznej postaci orla w pozycji stojacej, w widoku z przodu. Postac orla posiada koszulke i czapke, spod której od przodu wystaja pióra. Jedna z brwi postaci orla ma poprzeczne wyciecie. The eagle figure wears a T-shirt and a cap, from under which feathers protrude from the front. One of the eagle's eyebrows has a horizontal cutout.
