Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac slupka ogrodzeniowego przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i kolorystyce oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elemen- tów tworzacych wzór. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of a fence post, manifested in the shape, material and colours as well as the mutual positioning of the individual elements that make up the design.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie tym, ze slupek ogrodzeniowy posiada ksztalt graniastoslupa i zbudowany jest z profili blach zagietych w sposób, który umozliwia ich polaczenie w wewnatrz slupa srubami samowiercacymi jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 4, 5, 6 i 7. Cecha charakterystyczna slupka jest system modulowy ksztalt, pozwalajacy na zestawienie bu- dowy slupka z blach w róznych kolorach jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 1 i 2.
