Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac slupka ogrodzeniowego przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i kolorystyce oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elemen- tów tworzacych wzór. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of a fence post, manifested in the shape, material and colours as well as the mutual positioning of the individual elements that make up the design.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na ilustracji, gdzie: fig. 1 przedstawia strone czolowa slupka z domofonem i otworem wrzutowym listów oraz z napi- sami adresowymi. Slup jest przedstawiony w zestawieniu w kolorystyce czarno-bialej, fig. 2 przedstawia strone czolowa slupka z drzwiczkami technicznymi domofonu i drzwiczkami technicznymi instalacji elektrycznej, a miedzy nimi sa drzwiczki odbioru listów, fig. 3 przedstawia strone czolowa slupa z otwartymi drzwiczkami odbioru listów, fig. 4 przedstawia strone czolowa slupa z otwartymi drzwiczkami rewizyjnymi oraz z drzwiczkami odbioru listów, fig. 5 przedstawia slupek w widoku aksonometrycznym z uniesionym daszkiem, fig. 6 przedstawia slupek w widoku aksonometrycznym bez daszka, fig. 7 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny fragmentu slupa w widoku od góry, a ponadto jest ukazany lacznik scian czolowych i lacznik slupa oraz sposób polaczenia ich z scianami slupa, fig. 8 przedstawia fragment slupa w widoku aksonometrycznym, gdzie od góry widac zagiecia profili blach i sposób ich laczenia, fig. 9 przedstawia widok slupa z góry z widocznymi zagieciami profili blach bocznych i czolowych, fig. 10 przedstawia widok slupa w przekroju prostopadlym, ukazujacy jego budowe wewnetrzna z widocznymi katownikami mocowanymi do scian slupa, fig. 11 przedstawia widok lacznika blaszanego o budowie jednolitej sluzacego do laczenia scian slupa, fig. 12 przedstawia laczniki blaszane sluzace do laczenia profili blach scian czolowych slupa, fig. 13 przedstawia zestawienie lacznika scian z lacznikami scian czolowych. Fig. 8 shows a fragment of the pole in an axonometric view, where the bends in the sheet metal profiles and the method of joining them are visible from above, Fig. 9 shows a top view of the column with visible bends in the side and end plate profiles, Fig. 10 shows a perpendicular cross-section of the column, showing its internal structure, with visible angle brackets attached to the column walls, Fig. 11 shows a view of a uniform sheet metal connector used to connect the column walls, Fig. 12 shows sheet metal connectors used to connect the sheet metal profiles of the column end walls, Fig. 13 shows a combination of a wall connector with end wall connectors.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie tym, ze slupek ogrodzeniowy posiada ksztalt graniastoslupa i zbudowany jest z profili blach zagietych w sposób, który umozliwia ich polaczenie w wewnatrz slupa srubami samowiercacymi jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 6, 7, 8 i 9. The essential features of the industrial design are that the fence post has the shape of a prism and is constructed from sheet metal profiles bent in a way that allows them to be connected inside the post with self-drilling screws as shown in Figures 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Cecha charakterystyczna slupka jest system modulowy ksztaltu, pozwalajacy na zestawienie bu- dowy slupka z blach w róznych kolorach jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 1. A characteristic feature of the post is its modular shape system, which allows for the construction of the post to be assembled from sheets of different colours, as shown in Fig. 1.

Znamienna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na stronie czolowej przedniej slupek posiada zainstalowany domofon, wrzutnik na listy z kolei pod wrzutnikiem umieszczony jest numer adresowy, a natomiast na calej wysokosci slupa jest usytuowany napis adresowy jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 1, a po przeciwnej stronie czolowej slup posiada drzwiczki techniczne u góry i na dole, a pomiedzy nimi sa umiejscowione drzwiczki odbioru listu, jak przedstawiono na ilustracji fig. 2, 3 i 4. A characteristic feature of the industrial design is that the post has an intercom installed on its front face, a letter slot, and an address number placed under the slot, while the address inscription is placed along the entire height of the post as shown in Fig. 1. On the opposite front face, the post has technical doors at the top and bottom, and between them is a letter collection door, as shown in Figs. 2, 3, and 4.
