Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slupek ogrodzeniowy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac slupka ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i kolorystyce oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Znamienna cecha wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na jednej stronie czolowej slupek posiada zainstalowany domofon oraz otwór wrzutowy na listy a po przeciwnej stronie czolowej zawiera odpowiednio drzwiczki techniczne domofonu a nizej drzwiczki odbioru listów, jak przedstawiono na fig. 9–11. Ponadto korzystna cecha wzoru jest to, ze zagiecia profili blach oraz montowane wewnatrz slupka katowniki i laczniki blaszane na wielu jego poziomach wzmacniaja jego budowe na skrety i zlamania slupka osadzonego w gruncie. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the fence post, manifested in its shape, material, and color, as well as the relative positioning of the individual elements that make up the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, where: fig. 1 shows a top view of the post with a view of the bend of the side and front plate profiles, fig. 2 shows an axonometric view of the post without a roof, fig. 3 shows a view of a sheet metal connector of uniform structure used to connect the column walls, fig. 4 shows an axonometric view of a fragment of the post in a top view and also of a sheet metal connector, fig. 5 shows a perpendicular cross-section view of the post, showing its internal structure with visible angle brackets attached to the column walls, fig. 6 shows an axonometric view of the upper fragment of the post with a roof, fig. 7 shows an axonometric view of the post in a black and white combination, fig. 8 shows an axonometric view of the post with a raised roof, fig. 9 shows the side front side of the post with intercom and letter drop opening, Fig. 10 shows the front side of the post with technical door of the intercom and technical door for receiving letters, Fig. 11 shows the front side of the post with open door as in Fig. 10. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the fact that the fence post has the shape of a prism and is made of sheet metal profiles bent in a way that allows them to be connected inside the post with self-drilling screws, as shown in Figs. 1 and 4. A characteristic feature of the post is the modular shape system, which allows the construction of the post to be assembled from sheets of different colors, as shown in Figs. 5–8. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the post has an intercom and a letter slot installed on one end, and on the opposite end, a technical door for the intercom and, below, a door for receiving letters, as shown in Figures 9–11. Another advantageous feature of the design is that the bends in the sheet metal profiles and the angle brackets and sheet metal connectors mounted inside the post at many levels reinforce its structure against twists and breaks of the post embedded in the ground.
