Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie artykulów chemii gospodarczej oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii nadajaca butelce oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. 3 - widok z boku butelki z fig. 1 obróconej o 180°, fig. 4 widok butelki od dolu, a fig. 5 - widok butelki od góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, z otworem usytuowanym w strefie srodkowej w widoku z góry, posiadajaca jednakowo uksztaltowane powierzchnie czolowa i tylna, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na tych powierzchniach znajduja sie wymodelowane wglebienia, znajdujace sie w górnej czesci korpusu butelki i oddzielone od góry lukiem skierowanym lekko w dól od plaskiego boku ku drugiemu. Na tych wglebieniach umieszczone sa pionowo trzy wytloczenia o eliptycznym ksztalcie i róznych wielkosciach, przy czym najmniejszy z nich umieszczony jest blizej plaskiego boku. W dolnej czesci, nad podstawa butelki znajduje sie wytloczenie w ksztalcie luku biegnacego od plaskiego boku ku drugiemu. Na bocznej plaskiej scianie usytuowane sa poziome,równolegle rowki, przy czym górny rowek znajduje sie na wysokosci zakonczenia luku w górnej czesci sciany czolowej, a dolny rowek na wysokosci zakonczenia lukowego wytloczenia w dolnej czesci sciany czolowej butelki. Na drugiej bocznej scianie, w jej dolnej czesci umieszczone sa trzy poziome, równolegle rowki, a nad nimi sciana ta ma wciecie skierowane ku srodkowi butelki, przy czym butelka jest najwezsza w polowie swojej wysokosci. W widokach z obu boków butelka jest symetryczna, ale butelki na tych widokach maja odmienne ksztalty, przy czym w obu przypadkach czesci dolne i górne maja wieksza grubosc w strefie górnej i dolnej butelki, a dluzsze boki w widoku z góry i z dolu sa wypukle. PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right has been in effect since 2001. The design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended as packaging for household chemicals and cosmetics. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the bottle a unique appearance. The design is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 - the side view of the bottle from Fig. 1 rotated 180°, Fig. 4 - the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 5 - the bottle from the top. A bottle with a decorative design, with an opening located in the central zone when viewed from above, and with identically shaped front and rear surfaces, is characterized by these surfaces featuring modeled recesses located in the upper part of the bottle body and separated from the top by an arc extending slightly downward from the flat side to the other. These recesses feature three vertically arranged elliptical embossments of varying sizes, with the smallest one located closer to the flat side. In the lower part, above the base of the bottle, there is an embossment in the shape of an arc extending from the flat side to the other. The flat side wall features horizontal, parallel grooves, with the upper groove at the height of the arc end in the upper part of the front wall, and the lower groove at the height of the arc end of the embossment in the lower part of the bottle's front wall. The other side wall features three horizontal, parallel grooves in its lower part, and above them, this wall has a notch directed towards the center of the bottle, with the bottle being narrowest at mid-height. In both side views, the bottle is symmetrical, but the bottles in these views have different shapes, with the lower and upper parts being thicker in both cases in the upper and lower parts, and the longer sides are convex in the top and bottom views.
