The profile based on the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the frame profile in cross-section. Significant features of the industrial design: The aluminum profile is a Z-shaped section, with flat-walled aluminum elements on the inner surfaces of their walls featuring trapezoidal sockets for mounting a non-metallic thermal break with a double-sided locating groove. The upper element has a trapezoidal groove in its side wall for mounting a glazing bead. Furthermore, the two-arm element has conical cutouts on both sides for a rubber seal and is angled.
