The profile based on the industrial design is characterized by its novelty, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its elements' walls, which allows for the design of glazing with original and unconventional shapes, ensuring comfort and high utility values. The profile based on the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the frame profile in cross-section. Significant features of the industrial design: The aluminum profile is a T-shaped section, the aluminum elements of which have a trapezoidal socket on the inner walls to accommodate a non-metallic cuboid thermal break with a single-sided locating groove, conical cutouts for a rubber seal, and a trapezoidal groove in the side walls for mounting a glazing bead. Furthermore, one of the aluminum elements has a flat bar cross-section reinforced by a thickened wall. The cuboid non-metallic thermal break has contoured recesses that allow for tight mounting in the trapezoidal sockets of the aluminum elements.
