The profile based on the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the frame profile in cross-section. Significant features of the industrial design: The aluminum profile is a T-shaped section whose flat-walled aluminum elements have a trapezoidal slot on the inner walls to accommodate a non-metallic thermal break and a conical cutout for a rubber seal. The side walls have a trapezoidal groove for mounting a glazing bead. The cuboid non-metallic thermal break with a single-sided protrusion has appropriately shaped recesses to allow for tight mounting in the trapezoidal slots of the aluminum elements.
