Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Opakowanie sluzy do bezpiecznego przechowywania lekarstw w postaci drazetek. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym z góry z przodu i z boku, fig.2- opakowanie w widoku z góry, fig.3- opakowanie w widoku z dru- giego boku, fig.4- opakowanie w widoku z tylu, a fig.5- opa- kowanie w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie rozlozonym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac okladki obejmujacej sciane przednia i tylna, kazda o zarysie prostokata z jednym lukowatym, dluz-szym bokiem, polaczone prostokatna sciana boczna. Przy wew- netrznych stronach sciany bocznej oraz sciany przedniej i tylnej usytuowane sa wkladki, kazda majaca zarys odwzorowu- jacy zarys sciany odpowiednio, przedniej i tylnej, a posrodku lukowatego boku kazdej wkladki znajduje sie lukowate wycie- cie. W polu wkladki znajduje sie szesc wglebien o zarysach owalnych, ulozonych po dwa w rzedzie. The essence of the design is a new form of packaging, manifested in its shape. The packaging is used for the safe storage of medicines in the form of dragees. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side, Fig. 2 - the packaging in a top view, Fig. 3 - the packaging in a view from the other side, Fig. 4 - the packaging in a back view, and Fig. 5 - the packaging in a perspective view in an unfolded state. The packaging, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by a cover comprising a front and back wall, each rectangular in outline with one arched, longer side, connected by a rectangular side wall. Inserts are located on the inside of the side wall and the front and back walls, each with an outline mirroring the outline of the front and back walls, respectively. An arc-shaped cutout is located in the center of each arched side of each insert. The insert area contains six oval recesses, arranged two in a row. In addition, on the inner side of the front wall there is a cylindrical projection located at the arched edge of this wall, while on the inner side of the rear wall there is a cylindrical recess located at the arched edge of this wall.
