PL 27804 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest front meblowy z ozdobnie uksztaltowana powierzchnia zewnetrzna, przeznaczony do budowy drzwiczek i/lub drzwi i/lub szuflad i/lub innych elementów mebli lub zabudów, oraz wyposazenia wnetrz mieszkalnych. Front meblowy wykonany jest z materialów drewnopochodnych i laminowany, wzglednie oklejony folia lub lakierowany. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac frontu meblowego przejawiajaca sie w rozmie- szczeniu i ukladzie liniowych wglebien tworzacych zdobienia frontu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Front meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 20 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od przodu na calej powierzchni posiada uklad symetrycznie rozmieszczonych liniowych wglebien o tej samej szerokosci, natomiast róznych, powtarzajacych sie sposród trzech, glebokosciach. Front meblowy wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 8 posiada wglebienia rozmieszczone ukosnie w kierunku dwóch przeciwleglych narozy. W pierwszej odmianie front meblowy posiada wglebienia rozmieszczone prostopadle, jak pokazano na fig. 9 do fig. 14. W drugiej odmianie front meblowy posiada wglebienia rozmieszczone równolegle, jak pokazano na fig. 15 do fig. 20. The furniture front is made of wood-based materials and laminated, or covered with foil or varnished. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the furniture front, manifested in the arrangement and layout of linear recesses forming the front decorations. Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture front shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 20 is characterized in that, from the front, over its entire surface it has an arrangement of symmetrically arranged linear recesses of the same width but different, repeated depths out of three. The furniture front according to the design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 8 has recesses arranged diagonally towards two opposite corners. In the first variant, the furniture front has recesses arranged perpendicularly, as shown in Fig. 9 to Fig. 14. In the second variant, the furniture front has recesses arranged parallel, as shown in Fig. 15 to Fig. 20.
