PL 27889 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest front meblowy z ozdobnie uksztaltowana powierzchnia zewnetrzna, przeznaczony do budowy drzwiczek i/lub drzwi i/lub szuflad i/lub innych elementów mebli lub zabudów, oraz wyposazenia wnetrz mieszkalnych. Front meblowy wykonany jest z MDF lub materialów drewnopochodnych i laminowany, wzglednie oklejony folia lub lakierowany. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac frontu meblowego przejawiajaca sie w rozmiesz- czeniu i ukladzie liniowych wglebien tworzacych zdobienia frontu. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 – przedstawia rysunek frontu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 2 – rysunek tego samego frontu w widoku z góry; fig. 3 – fotografie tego samego frontu w widoku z góry; fig. 4 – fotografie tego samego frontu w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 5 – fotografie fragmentu tego samego frontu w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 6 – fotografie fragmentu tego samego frontu w widoku z boku; fig. 7 – fotografie srodkowego fragmentu tego samego frontu w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Front meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 7 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od przodu na calej powierzchni posiada wglebienia o tej samej glebokosci, ale dwóch róznych ukladach: na jednej trójkat- nej polowie, utworzonej przez srodek frontu wzdluz dwóch przeciwleglych narozników znajduja sie w równych odstepach od siebie równolegle liniowe wglebienia ulozone ukosnie od srodka frontu w kie- runku naroznika, natomiast na drugiej trójkatnej polowie – znajduje sie uklad wglebien w formie powta- rzajacych dwóch stykajacych sie pod katem 90 stopni liniowych wglebien, ulozonych od srodka w kie- runku przeciwleglego naroznika, przy czym dlugosc tych wglebien zwieksza sie od srodka frontu. The furniture front is made of MDF or wood-based materials and laminated, or covered with foil or varnished. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the furniture front, manifested in the arrangement and layout of linear recesses forming the front decorations. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which: fig. 1 – shows a drawing of a furniture front in a perspective view; fig. 2 – drawing of the same front in a top view; fig. 3 – photographs of the same front in a top view; fig. 4 – photographs of the same front in a perspective view; Fig. 5 – photographs of a fragment of the same front in a perspective view; Fig. 6 – photographs of a fragment of the same front in a side view; Fig. 7 – photographs of the central fragment of the same front in a perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture front shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 is characterized by the fact that on the front side, the entire surface has recesses of the same depth, but in two different arrangements: on one triangular half, formed by the centre of the front, along two opposite corners, there are parallel linear recesses at equal intervals, arranged diagonally from the centre of the front towards the corner, while on the other triangular half there is an arrangement of recesses in the form of two repeating linear recesses touching at a 90-degree angle, arranged from the centre towards the opposite corner, with the length of these recesses increasing from the centre of the front.
