OPIS WZOR U ZDOBNICZEGO Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16.08.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest front meblowy, który wchodzi w sklad zestawów meblowych : systemowych, sypialnych i jest stosowany w róznego rodzaju lózkach. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac plyty czolowej, frontu przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajaca do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na: fotografiach zalaczonych do wniosku przedstawiajacych front meblowy w widoku z przodu i na rysunku przedstawiajacym widok frontu w przekroju. Plyta czolowa frontu meblowego (plyta przednia i plyta tylna lózka) wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wykonana z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC. Zdobienie frontu meblowego obejmuje frezowanie profilu na szerokiej oraz waskiej plaszczyznie , jak równiez sam ksztalt frontu. Ten rodzaj zdobienia dotyczy frontów lózek. Ze wzgledu na stala odleglosc frezowanego wzoru od krawedzi zewnetrznych frontu meblowego, wraz ze zmiana wymiarów szerokosci i/lub wysokoscielementu zmienia sie szerokosc i/lub wysokosc wykonywanego wzoru. Ksztalt profilu na przekroju poprzecznym pozostaje bez zmian. Profil stanowia dwa równolegle do siebie rowki. Zewnetrzny, czyli blizszy krawedzi frontu ma dno zlobienia o przekroju pólokraglym, natomiast wewnetrzny ma dno zlobienia o przekroju plaskim z plaszczyzna skierowana lekko ku górze. Oba równolegle do siebie rowki zachodza na siebie przez co tworza jeden szeroki profil o niesymetrycznym ksztalcie i przekroju. Opisane rowki tworza na powierzchni frontu zamkniety wzór, który w górnej czesci frontu sklada sie z trzech luków: pierwszy skierowany przeciwnie do mchu wskazówek zegara, stanowiacy 1/5 calej szerokosci profilu, drugi skierowany zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara stanowiacy 3/5 calej szerokosci profilu i trzeci identyczny z pierwszym. Niezaleznie od wysokosci i szerokosci frontu wysokosc powstalego na bazie trzech luków profilu jest stala. W pozostalej czesci wzoru rowki biegna po prostych równoleglych do krawedzi zewnetrznych frontu meblowego. Opisany wyzej front wystepuje w dwóch wersjach: jako front przedni lózka mocowany w miejscu gdzie spoczywaja nogi, znamienny tym ze powyzej opisane frezowanie profil u na plaszczyznie zajmuje calajego powierzchnie i kazda z krawedzi profilu znajduje sie w równej odleglosci od krawedzi frontu, odleglosc ta jest stala (patrz fotografia nr.l ) i jako front tylny lózka mocowany w miejscu gdzie spoczywa glowa, znamienny tym ze powyzej opisane frezowanie profilu na plaszczyznie zajmuje okolo 1/3 powierzchni calego frontu i znajduje sie tylko w jego górnej czesci ( patrz fotografia nr.2). Ksztalt frontów, zarówno przedniego jak i tylnego jest identyczny z wyfrezowanym na nich wzorem z ta róznica ze w obu górnych naroznikach frontu zostal wprowadzony dodatkowo jeden luk zgodny z kierunkiem obrotu wskazówek zegara (patrz fotografia nr. 1 i nr.2).7 ARTR7FZFNE OCHRONNE Front meblowy wykonany z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC, znamienny tym, ze na powierzchni czolowej czyli w plaszczyznie ma wyfrezowany wzór w postaci szerokiego profilu wykonanego dwoma róznymi frezami poprzez nalozenie dwóch równoleglych rowków, tworzacych szeroki zamkniety profil, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach. Dla zastrzezenia istotny jest ksztalt profilu i jego przekrój poprzeczny oraz ksztalt samego frontu. The subject of the ornamental design is a furniture front panel, which is part of furniture sets: modular, bedroom, and is used in various types of beds. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the front panel, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the photographs attached to the application, showing the furniture front panel from the front, and in the drawing showing a cross-sectional view of the front panel. The front panel of the furniture front (the front panel and the back panel of the bed), according to the ornamental design, is made of MDF board covered with PVC foil. Furniture front decoration involves milling the profile on both wide and narrow surfaces, as well as shaping the front itself. This type of decoration applies to bed fronts. Due to the constant distance of the milled pattern from the outer edges of the furniture front, changes in the width and/or height of the element also affect the width and/or height of the pattern. The cross-sectional shape of the profile remains unchanged. The profile consists of two parallel grooves. The outer groove, closest to the edge of the front, has a semicircular groove bottom, while the inner groove has a flat groove bottom with a slightly upward plane. Both parallel grooves overlap, creating a single wide profile with an asymmetrical shape and cross-section. These grooves create a closed pattern on the front surface, which in the upper part of the front consists of three arcs: the first runs counterclockwise, representing 1/5 of the entire profile width; the second runs clockwise, representing 3/5 of the entire profile width; and the third is identical to the first. Regardless of the height and width of the front, the height of the profile created from the three arcs is constant. In the remaining part of the pattern, the grooves run in straight lines parallel to the outer edges of the furniture front. The front described above is available in two versions: as a front front of the bed, mounted in the place where the legs rest, characterized in that the above-described milling of the u-profile on the surface occupies its entire surface and each edge of the profile is located at an equal distance from the edge of the front, this distance is constant (see photo no. 1) and as a rear front of the bed, mounted in the place where the head rests, characterized in that the above-described milling of the profile on the surface occupies approximately 1/3 of the surface of the entire front and is located only in its upper part (see photo no. 2). The shape of the fronts, both front and rear, is identical to the pattern milled on them, with the difference that in both upper corners of the front, an additional arc clockwise has been introduced (see photos no. 1 and no. 2). 7 ARTR7FZFNE PROTECTIVE Furniture front made of MDF board covered with PVC foil, characterized in that on the front surface, i.e. in the plane, it has a milled pattern in the form of a wide profile made with two different milling cutters by superimposing two parallel grooves, creating a wide closed profile, as shown in the attached photos.
