OPIS WZORU ZDOBNICZEGO Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16.08.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest front meblowy, który wchodzi w sklad zestawów meblowych : pokojowych, systemowych, jest stosowany w róznego rodzaju szafkach stojacych zwanych witrynami. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac plyty czolowej drzwiczek, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajaca do osiagniecia celów ' estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na: fotografiach zalaczonych do wniosku przedstawiajacych front meblowy w widoku z przodu . Plyta czolowa frontu meblowego ( ramki bocznej witryny) wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wykonana z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC. Zdobienie frontu meblowego obejmuje frezowanie-wyciecie profilu w postaci okienek w szerokiej plaszczyznie drzwi. Ten rodzaj zdobienia dotyczy drzwi witryny. Ze wzgledu na stala odleglosc frezowanego wzoru od krawedzi zewnetrznych frontumeblowego, wraz ze zmiana wymiarów szerokosci i/lub wysokosci elementu zmienia sie szerokosc i/lub wysokosc wykonywanego wyciecia. Ksztalt profilu na przekroju poprzecznym stanowi wyciecie prostopadle do powierzchni frontu o grubosci ok. 1 mm przechodzace nastepnie w zaokraglenie bedace cwiartka okregu i zajmujace pozostala grubosc frontu. Ksztalt powstalych poprzez wyciecie okienek ramiaków na przekroju poprzecznym pozostaje bez zmian. Cztery dolne stanowiace dwie pary sposród szesciu wycietych w plaszczyznie frontu okienek maja ksztalt prostokatów z lekko zaokraglonymi naroznikami .Górne dwa okienka stanowiace jedna pare w dolnej czesci maja równiez lekko zaokraglone narozniki , identycznie jak okienka nizej ( patrz fotografie), natomiast w górnej czesci tych okienek zostal wykonany wzór w postaci dwóch laczacych sie ze soba luków, przy czym okienko lewe stanowi lustrzane odbicie okienka prawego i odwrotnie. Caly front ma ksztalt prostokata, ze scietym lekkim lukiem prawym górnym naroznikiem w przypadku frontu lewego (patrz fotografia nr.l ) i scietym lekkim lukiem lewym górnym naroznikiem w przypadku frontu prawego ( patrz fotografia nr.2 ).ZASTRZEZENE OCHRONNE Front meblowy wykonany z plyty MDF oklejonej folia PVC, znamienny tym, ze na powierzchni czolowej czyli w plaszczyznie ma wyciete okienka, cztery dolne o ksztalcie prostokatów i dwa-górne ze wzorem w górnej czesci okienka jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach. Dla zastrzezenia istotny jest ksztalt wycietego w plaszczyznie profilu i ksztalt calego frontu. PL PLDESCRIPTION OF THE ORNAMENTAL DESIGN: The right to register the ornamental design has been in effect since August 16, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a furniture front, which is part of furniture sets: living rooms, modular furniture, and is used in various types of standing cabinets called display cabinets. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the door front panel, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the photographs attached to the application, showing the furniture front from the front. The front panel of the furniture front (side frame of the display cabinet), according to the ornamental design, is made of MDF board covered with PVC foil. Decoration of the furniture front includes milling and cutting a profile in the form of windows in the wide surface of the door. This type of decoration applies to display cabinet doors. Due to the constant distance of the milled pattern from the outer edges of the furniture front, as the width and/or height of the element changes, the width and/or height of the cutout changes. The cross-sectional shape of the profile is a cutout perpendicular to the front surface, approximately 1 mm thick, then transitions into a quarter-circle rounding that occupies the remaining thickness of the front. The shape of the cut-out stiles remains unchanged in the cross-section. The four lower windows, constituting two pairs of the six windows cut out in the front, are rectangular in shape with slightly rounded corners. The upper two windows, constituting one pair in the lower part, also have slightly rounded corners, identical to the windows below (see photos), while in the upper part of these windows a pattern was made in the form of two interconnecting arches, with the left window being a mirror image of the right window and vice versa. The entire front is rectangular in shape, with a slight curved upper right corner on the left front (see photo no. 1) and a slight curved upper left corner on the right front (see photo no. 2). PROTECTIVE REGISTRATION: A furniture front made of MDF board covered with PVC foil, characterized in that it has cut-out windows on the front surface, i.e., in the surface: four lower rectangular windows and two upper windows with a pattern in the upper part of the windows, as shown in the attached photos. The shape of the profile cut in the surface and the shape of the entire front are important for the protection.
