The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle constituting packaging for liquid foodstuffs. The round bottle in three varieties of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle with an upper part with accordion-shaped sides located between a cylindrical bottom part and a flat bottom with a rim undercut inwards and a roof-shaped tip and a protruding neck with a cap in a front view, Fig. 2 - a bottle with a convexly fluted upper part located as in Fig. 1 in a front view, Fig. 3 - a bottle with a concavely fluted upper part located as in Fig. 1 in a front view. The essence of the solution according to the formula is that Fig. 1 shows a bottle with three circumferential accordion-shaped notches in its upper part, the central notch being a full cone, and the side notches being half of the central notch. The bottle according to Fig. 2 has convex circumferential notches in its upper part, the central notch being a semicircular lateral outline, and the side notches being half of the central notch. The bottle according to Fig. 3 has two identical concave semicircular horizontal notches in its upper part. All patterned elements of the upper part of the bottle are separated from each other by narrow, smooth circumferential rims. Protective measures 1. A bottle with a cylindrical bottom part and a flat bottom with a rim undercut inwards and a roof-shaped top with a protruding capped neck, characterized in that it has in the upper part three concertina-shaped notches separated from each other circumferentially by narrow, smooth rims, the central one forming a full cone and the lateral ones being halves of the central notch, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. 2. A bottle with a cylindrical bottom part and a flat bottom with a rim undercut inwards and a roof-shaped top with a protruding capped neck, characterized in that it has in the upper part three convex horizontal notches separated from each other circumferentially by narrow, smooth rims, the lateral ones being the central notch has a side semicircular outline and the side satan notches form halves of the central notch, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. back, 4c aa in the upper part of the head, separated from the face by narrow, smooth borders, two identical, semicircular horizontal notches, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3.
