PL 27369 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie lodów sprzedawanych jako pojedyncze porcje, zwlaszcza lodów na patyku lub lodów typu kanapka (sandwich). Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony jest w dwóch odmianach, na ilustracjach ukazujacych frontowa strone opakowania. Wspólne cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego – Obie odmiany opakowania lodów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuja sie nizej wymienionymi istotnymi cechami wspólnymi : 1. Umieszczony na powierzchni loda napis „top MILKER", kazde slowo w oddzielnej linii, w którym slowo „top" napisane jest malymi literami i pogrubiona czcionka, a slowo „MILKER" napisane jest wielkimi literami, cienka linia czcionki, przy czym litera „K" znajdujaca sie pod litera „p", jest obnizona wzgledem pozostalych liter slowa „MILKER". 4. Znak towarowy firmowy slowno-graficzny „koral" wykonany w wersji monochromatycznej, bialymi liniami. . Motyw zdobniczy w postaci poziomo ulozonej kropli oraz umieszczonej po jej prawej stronie kropki – usytuowany na prawo od slowa „top". Cechy istotne poszczególnych odmian wzoru przemyslowego dotycza wizerunku produktu i zwiazane sa z wersja smakowa lodów. Odmiana 1. Porcja loda jest koloru bialego, z patykiem w kolorze jasnobrazowym – naturalnej barwy drewna, natomiast umieszczony na powierzchni loda napis oraz motyw zdobniczy, sa w kolorze tla opakowania [ilustracja – Fig. 1]. Opakowanie wedlug tej odmiany przeznaczone jest dla lodów o smaku smietankowo-waniliowym. Odmiana 2. Porcja loda jest koloru ciemnobrazowego, z patykiem w kolorze jasnobrazowym – naturalnej barwy drewna, przy czym w górnym prawym narozu loda jest odsloniete jego wnetrze w kolorze kremowym, natomiast umieszczony na powierzchni loda napis i motyw zdobniczy, sa koloru bialego [ilustracja – Fig. 2]. Opakowanie wedlug tej odmiany przeznaczone jest dla lodów o smaku waniliowym w polewie czekoladowej. The industrial design is presented in two variations, with illustrations showing the front of the packaging. Common Essential Features of the Industrial Design – Both variations of the ice cream packaging according to the industrial design are characterized by the following essential common features: 1. The background color of the packaging – turquoise (PANTONE 326 C). 2. An image of the product, i.e., an ice cream on a stick, arranged vertically, with the stick at the bottom, in which the portion of the ice cream has a shape similar to a cuboid. 3. The inscription "top MILKER" placed on the surface of the ice cream, each word on a separate line, in which the word "top" is written in lowercase and bold font, and the word "MILKER" is written in uppercase and thin font, with the letter "K" located under the letter "p" being lowered relative to the remaining letters of the word "MILKER". 4. The company's verbal and graphic trademark "koral" executed in monochrome, white lines. A decorative motif in the form of a horizontally arranged drop and a dot placed to the right of it - located to the right of the word "top". The essential features of the individual variations of the industrial design concern the image of the product and are related to the ice cream flavor version. Variation 1. The ice cream portion is white, with a light brown stick – the natural color of wood, while the inscription and decorative motif on the surface of the ice cream are the same color as the background of the packaging [illustration – Fig. 1]. The packaging of this variant is intended for cream-vanilla flavored ice cream. Variation 2. The ice cream portion is dark brown, with a light brown stick – the natural color of wood, with the cream-colored interior exposed in the upper right corner of the ice cream, while the inscription and decorative motif on the surface of the ice cream are white [illustration – Fig. 2]. The packaging of this variant is intended for vanilla flavored ice cream with a chocolate coating.
