Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania jej na pojemnik do lodów spozywczych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, która przedstawia wzór jako plaska figure, przypominajaca owal z naniesionymi na jego wewnetrznej powierzchni wielo- barwnymi elementami graficznymi. Elementy graficzne podzielone sa na dwie grupy. Grupa pierwsza, zawarta w polu kola wpisanego w pole owalu, posiada tlo bialo-kremowe, na którym naniesiony jest napis „lody familijne", pisany czcionka imitujaca pismo odreczne, przy czym wyraz lody jest w kolorze brazowym a wyraz familijne w kolorze rózowym. Pod tym napisem umiesz- czony jest drugi napis „o SMAKU CAPPUCCINO SMIETANKOWYM" w kolorze brazowym. Ponizej tego napisu umieszczony jest wizerunek filizanki napelnionej kawa, z pianka na wierzchu, posadowio- na na spodku, na którym, z boku filizanki, polozona jest mala lyzeczka. Filizanka, spodek i lyzeczka sa w kolorze fioletowym. Wokól spodka rozsypane sa kawalki czekolady w kolorze brazowym. Grupa druga elementów graficznych umieszczona na pozostalej czesci pola owalu, przedstawia mase lodowa, w kolorze brazowym, w której zanurzony jest czerpak, w kolorze fioletowym, do porcjo- wania lodów. W srodkowej górnej czesci pola owalu umieszczony jest napis ZEsiuk, laczacy obydwie grupy elementów graficznych, który jest nazwiskiem wlasciciela firmy i jednoczesnie stanowi logo tej firmy, przy czym litera Z jest w kolorze brazowym a pozostale litery Esiuk sa w kolorze rózowym. Na dole tej czesci pola umieszczony jest napis poj. 1 litr pisany pismem odrecznym w kolorze brazowym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrazny podzial jego grafiki na dwie grupy: - grupe pierwsza, która zawiera informacje o walorach smakowych produktu znajdujacego sie w pojemniku, przedstawiona opisowo za pomoca slowa pisanego i wizualnie przed- stawiona za pomoca ilustracji z filizanka napelniona napojem o smaku odpowiadajacym smakowi produktu zawartego w pojemniku, - grupe druga, która ilustruje wyglad produktu i jego konsystencje pokazana przy pomocy czerpaka zanurzonego w produkt. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which depicts the design as a flat figure resembling an oval with multicolored graphic elements applied to its inner surface. The graphic elements are divided into two groups. The first group, enclosed in a circle inscribed within the oval, has a cream-and-white background on which is printed the inscription "lody familijne" (family ice cream), written in a font imitating handwriting, with the word "lody" (ice cream) in brown and the word "familijne" (family) in pink. Below this inscription is a second inscription, "o SMAKU CAPPUCCINO SMIETANKOWYM" (CREAM CAPPUCCINO FLAVOR), in brown. Below this inscription is an image of a cup filled with coffee, with foam on top, set on a saucer, on which a small spoon rests on the side of the cup. The cup, saucer, and spoon are purple. Brown chocolate pieces are scattered around the saucer. The second group of graphic elements, placed on the remaining part of the oval, depicts a brown ice cream mass, with a purple scoop immersed in it, used for serving the ice cream. In the upper center of the oval is the inscription "ZEsiuk," connecting both groups of graphic elements. This is the name of the company owner and also serves as the company logo, with the letter Z in brown and the remaining letters "Esiuk" in pink. At the bottom of this part of the field is the inscription "Z" (Z). 1 liter, handwritten in brown. A significant feature of the industrial design is the clear division of its graphics into two groups: - the first group, which contains information about the taste of the product contained in the container, presented descriptively using written words and visually represented by an illustration of a cup filled with a beverage with a flavor corresponding to the taste of the product contained in the container; - the second group, which illustrates the appearance of the product and its consistency, shown using a ladle immersed in the product.
