A flowerpot with a square horizontal cross-section and a characteristic spiral lateral and internal contour, wherein at its height the flowerpot spirally narrows from the base towards the inner part of the flowerpot and then widens towards the upper edge of the flowerpot as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
