Description

Przyklad L Do 74 g alkoholu butylo- wegoi wkrapla sie w obecnosci ZnCl2 100 g trójchlorku fosforu w ciagu 30 minut w temperaturze od 0° — 10°C. Powstaly chlorek butylu oddestylowuje sie nastepnie w temperaturze 78°C.Przyklad JL Do 40 g alkoholu izopro¬ pylowego wkrapla sie w obecnosci CaCl2 100 g trójchlorku fosforu w ciagu 30 minut w temperaturze 0°C. Otrzymany chlorek izopropylu wrze w temperaturze 36°C.Przyklad III. Do 268 $ alkoholu ole¬ inowego1 wkrapla sie w temperaturze 36°C w ciagu 20 minut 105 g trójchlorku fosforu, a nastepnie ogrzewa sie stopniowo w ciagu 4 godzin do ,180^0. PLThe present invention relates to a process for the preparation of alkyl chlorides and alkylamines, which are particularly suitable for the production of dyes and dye intermediates, as well as wetting and emulsifying agents. The present method is based on the fact that saturated and unsaturated alcohols with 1-20 C atoms in the chain are subjected to the action of phosphorus trichloride at temperatures of 30-200 ° C, in order to accelerate the reaction when using alcohols with 1 - 6 C atoms in the molecule, metal chlorides are added as catalysts. After the formation of alkyl chlorides, they are condensed with ammonia or primary or secondary amines at temperatures of 140 - 250 ° C, using positive pressure or normal pressure and the formation of alkylamines. The compounds, such as rims, poured in this way, are particularly suitable for the production of dyes, as well as wetting and emulsifying agents. Example L Up to 74 g of butyl alcohol and dripping in the presence of ZnCl2 100 g of trichloride phosphorus within 30 minutes at a temperature of 0 ° - 10 ° C. The formed butyl chloride is then distilled off at 78 ° C. Example JL To 40 g of isopropyl alcohol, 100 g of phosphorus trichloride are added dropwise to 40 g of isopropyl alcohol in the course of 30 minutes at 0 ° C. The resulting isopropyl chloride boils at 36 ° C. Example III. 105 g of phosphorus trichloride are added dropwise to 268% of oleyl alcohol1 at 36.degree. C. over 20 minutes, and then gradually heated to 180.degree. C. over 4 hours. The colorless oleyl chloride boils at 295-300 ° C under normal pressure and at 180-185 ° C under 26 mm pressure. 95 g of oleyl chloride is condensed with 93 g of aniline by boiling at gradually increasing temperatures from 185-220 ° C for 8 hours. After adding an appropriate amount of water and removing the excess of aniline, steam is distilled from oleylaniline, which boils at 282-287 ° C under a pressure of 26 ml. PL
