Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w dwóch odmianach kolorystycznych w postaci fotografii, na których fot. 1 przedstawia pokrywe w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z boku, fot. 2 – pokrywe w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z góry, fot. 3 – pokrywe w odmianie drugiej w widoku z boku a fot. 4 – pokrywe w odmianie drugiej w widoku z góry. The essence of the industrial design is its new, individual form, manifested in the characteristic arrangement of pattern lines, design, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in two color versions in the form of photographs, in which Photo 1 shows the cover in the first version from a side view, Photo 2 – the cover in the first version from a top view, Photo 3 – the cover in the second version from a side view, and Photo 4 – the cover in the second version from a top view. Essential features of the industrial design: – in all varieties, the cover is a hollow solid in the shape of a truncated cone at the top with a cylinder protruding vertically upwards, on which a three-dimensional rose is placed, with through holes made on the side surface of the cylinder, – the overlay in the first variety shown in photos 1 and 2 is gold, while in the second variety shown in photos 3 and 4 is silver and black.
