Grzejnik ksztaltowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 9 maja 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik ksztaltowy, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów oraz linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1. , fig.3, fig.5. fig.7, fig.9 i fig. 10 pokazuje grzejnik w widoku z przo- du, fig.2, fig.4, fig.6 i fig.8 - grzejnik w widoku z boku. Grzejnik ksztaltow'. wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, zawierajacy radiatory z plaskiej rury o przekroju zblizonym do prostokata, charakteryzuje sie tym. ze róz- nej wielkosci radiatory, usytuowane od najmniejszego do najwiekszego, maja po- stac wypuklych soczewek, natomiast u dolu zewnetrznego radiatora umieszczony jest zawór termostatyczny w ksztalcie stopniowanego walca, natomiast od góry usytuowany jest walcowy zawór odpowietrzajacy. Nastepna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze radiatory usytuowane sa w plaszczyznach wzajemnie równoleglych od najwiekszego do najmniejszego.Kolejna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od wewnatrz najmniejszego radiatora usytuowane jest owalne lustro. Nastepna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze radiatory sa usytuowane jeden wewnatrz drugiego i polaczone ze soba rurowymi kolektorami pionowymi. Kolejna odmiana grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wewnatrz najmniejszego radiatora usytuowane jest owalne lustro. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the radiator, manifested in the shape, arrangement of elements, and lines. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, Fig. 7, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10 show the radiator from the front, Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, and Fig. 8 show the radiator from the side. The shaped radiator according to the ornamental design, containing flat tube radiators with a cross-section close to rectangular, is characterized by this. The radiators of various sizes, arranged from smallest to largest, are shaped like convex lenses. A thermostatic valve in the shape of a stepped cylinder is located at the bottom of the outer radiator, while a cylindrical air vent valve is located at the top. Another radiator variant, based on the decorative design, is characterized by the radiators being arranged in mutually parallel planes, from largest to smallest.
