PL 23488 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrycie uchwytu do stelazy wózków, przeznaczonych do stosowania dla wózków dla dzieci lub stelazy wózków transportowych dla zwierzat oraz innych podobnych. Uchwyt wykonany jest z ksztaltowej metalowej rurki, natomiast pokrycie wykonane jest z materialu skóropodobnego a jego ksztalt zewnetrzny przylegle odwzorowuje ksztalt zewnetrzny uchwytu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach reliefu na powierzchni pokrycia, utworzonego przez ksztaltowe wytloczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym w odmianach kolorystycznych pokrycie uchwytu, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano pokrycie w kolorze czarnym z reliefem tworzonym przez liczne wytloczenia w ksztalcie czterech ramkowych równolegloboków polaczonych wspólnym wierzcholkiem w ukladzie zblizonym do gwiazdowego. Mie- dzy sasiadujacymi ukladami gwiazdowymi równolegloboków znajduje sie czworokat, utworzony przez zewnetrzne dluzsze krawedzie równolegloboków, którego dwa naprzeciwlegle wierzcholki naleza do sasiadujacych ukladów gwiazdowych równolegloboków. Powierzchnia kazdego z równolegloboków oraz powierzchnia czworokatów ma wypelnienie w ksztalcie siatki o bardzo malych oczkach. Relief tworzy powtarzalny motyw jak pokazano na fig. 1 oraz 1a. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przedsta- wione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. Pokazana na fig. 2 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor ciemny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 3 ma kolor jasny popielaty, pokazana na fig. 4 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor jasnobrazowy, a na fig. 5 powierzchnia ta ma kolor ciemnobrazowy. The handle is made of a shaped metal tube, while the cover is made of a leather-like material, and its external shape closely mirrors the external shape of the handle. The new and original form of the industrial design manifests itself in the relief features on the surface of the cover, created by shaped embossing. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrative material, which shows the handle cover in various color variations. Figure 1 shows a black cover with a relief created by numerous embossings in the shape of four framed parallelograms connected by a common vertex in a star-like arrangement. Between adjacent star-shaped parallelograms is a quadrilateral formed by the longer outer edges of the parallelograms, whose two opposite vertices belong to the adjacent star-shaped parallelograms. The surface of each parallelogram and the surface of the quadrilaterals is filled with a fine-mesh grid. The relief forms a repeating motif, as shown in Figures 1 and 1a. The variations of the industrial design, presented in Figures 2 through 5, have the features described above, but differ in color. The covering surface shown in Figure 2 is dark gray, that in Figure 3 is light gray, the covering surface shown in Figure 4 is light brown, and that in Figure 5 is dark brown. A significant feature of the industrial design trolley frame handle cover is that its outer surface features repeating motifs formed by quadrangles, parallelograms, or similar shapes connected by a common vertex in a star-like arrangement. The inner surface of each parallelogram and the surface of the cover beyond their edges have a relief in the shape of a very fine-meshed grid.
