Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii, które nadaja oslonie znicza oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek oslony znicza w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie oslony znicza w widoku z boku. Oslona znicza przedstawiona na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma korpus, którego czesc dolna w ksztalcie stozka scietego zweza sie promieniowo do podstawy w ksztalcie pierscienia walcowego zamknietego od dolu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a candle lantern cover, manifested in the shape of its external surface and the arrangement of lines that give the candle lantern cover an original appearance. The industrial design has been presented in a drawing and a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the candle lantern cover in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the candle lantern cover in a side view. The candle lantern cover shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a body, the lower part of which in the shape of a truncated cone narrows radially to a base in the shape of a cylindrical ring closed at the bottom. The central part of the body is a section of a cylinder. The upper part of the body widens conically and then narrows radially to a cylindrical neck open at the top. The diameter of the base of the truncated cone of the lower part of the body is one third larger than the diameter of the base of the truncated cone of the upper part of the body. The entire surface of the body is provided with spiral projections separated by spiral grooves, which run from the cylindrical base towards the cylindrical neck.
