Opracowany wózek znajduje zastosowanie zarówno w wózkach glebokich dla nie- mowlat jak i wózkach spacerowych dla dzieci. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 4 i fig. 5 – przedstawiaja jego odmiany. The designed stroller is suitable for use in both prams and pushchairs. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 4, and 5 illustrate its variants. Additionally, the illustrations: fig. 6, fig. 6a, fig. 6b, fig. 6c, fig. 6d, fig. 6e, fig. 6f, fig. 6g, fig. 6h, fig. 6i and fig. 6j show an approximation of selected elements of the design, i.e. the illustrations: fig. 6d, fig. 6e, fig. 6f and fig. 6g show a fragment of the stroller frame profile, with a visible decorative longitudinal recess, the illustrations fig. 6 and fig. 6a show the front wheel of the stroller, the illustrations fig. 6b and fig. 6c show the rear wheel of the stroller, and the illustrations fig. 6h, fig. 6i and fig. 6j show the stroller gondola. Additionally, illustrations Fig. 7, Fig. 7a, Fig. 7b, and Fig. 7c show the stroller gondola itself mounted on the stroller frame structure. Fig. 3 shows the stroller frame in its folded version. However, in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, the design and its variations are presented in a perspective view from the front and slightly from above. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) stroller – fig. 1, 2) stroller with a car seat – fig. 2, 3) stroller with a carrycot, bag and lower luggage basket – fig. 4, 4) pushchair without cover – fig. 5. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 – a stroller whose supporting frame consists of: a frame with fastening elements enabling detachable connection of interchangeable modules, e.g. a carrycot or a baby carrier, a frame of the stroller handle with articulated connectors – enabling movable connection and positioning of the stroller handle and wheel mounting – is that: – the stroller frame is a symmetrical structure, whose shape is somewhat reminiscent of a square, inverted, capital letter "U", the transverse part of which is the frame of the stroller handle. The free arms of the structure's frame - under which the front wheels of the stroller are mounted - in the lower part - through a slight inflection - come slightly closer to each other and are connected by a horizontal element in the form of a slightly arched crossbar; - in the side view of the stroller frame, the lower side parts of the stroller frame are visible - connected to the frame frame described above almost at a right angle - and in turn connected in their lower part (and the rear part of the stroller) by a transverse element of the frame, on which, in turn, at the bottom, the elements fastening the rear wheels of the stroller and the brake pedal of the stroller are visible; – on both sides of the frame structure, at a height above the connection with the side part of the lower frame, there is a fastening element, from which another, essentially vertical element is additionally derived, supporting the stroller seat and connecting the upper and lower parts of the frame, and which is its shock absorber made of black plastic; – along the entire length of each of the arms of the upper part of the stroller frame structure – on their outer side – there is a visible longitudinal decorative recess, made in a colour contrasting to the colour of the stroller frame, which gives the effect of a narrow, light stripe; – both free frame profiles are finished at the bottom with two-arm elements, one of which is clearly cylindrical, constituting the mounting for the front, swivel wheels of the stroller; – the front pair of wheels are smaller than the rear wheels, with each wheel of the stroller characterized by its rim, finished with a decorative circumferential line in a colour contrasting to the colour of the rim, with radially and evenly distributed elements, each of which has an outline similar to a rectangle, the surface of which narrows slightly towards the centre of the wheel; – in the lower part of the stroller frame there is a lower luggage basket, mounted essentially in parallel between the lower arms of the stroller frame structure; – the stroller seat is, in a way, closed by a cover, on which, along the joint of the side parts of the cover from its upper part, a decorative strip is visible, made in a colour contrasting to the colour of the sides of the cover; the finishing of the edge of the upper part of the cover is analogous. Protection is sought for a form of the design without a colour designation.PL 22202 3 An essential feature of the design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a stroller with a car seat – these are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a stroller, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and distinguishing it from the design shown in Fig. 1 – is that: – instead of a child's seat, a replaceable module is mounted on the stroller frame, which is a child seat, in the form of a baby carrier, and – a cover analogous to the cover model described above is placed over the seat. Protection is sought for a form of design variant without a colour designation. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e. a stroller with a gondola, a bag and a lower luggage basket – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a stroller, and an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 – is that: – instead of a child seat, a gondola is mounted on the stroller frame, fastened to the frame by means of two side fastening elements, and – the stroller gondola is a monolithic shell, preferably made of plastic, the bottom of which is essentially a flat surface, and the edge line of the gondola in a side view slightly rises towards the back of the gondola, which in effect gives the impression that The back of the gondola has a raised collar; – the gondola is connected to the stroller hood, and a cover similar to the cover pattern described above is placed over the stroller hood; – a bag is hung on the handlebar of the stroller and closed with a wide flap, with the lower part of the bag made – like the stroller hood – preferably of plastic, while the top of the bag is finished similarly to the hood and stroller cover – with a decorative trim visible on the bag flap in the form of an edge stripe in a color contrasting to the bag. The design variant without a color designation is submitted for protection.
