Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dookolna lampa ostrzegawcza, która wyposazona w zródlo zasilania, znajduje zastosowanie do sygnalizacji ostrzegawczej swietlnej na pojazdach uprzywilejowanych, w drogownictwie oraz innych miejscach, które wymagaja tego typu urzadzen. Lampy te w szczególnosci znajduja zastosowanie do oswietlenia ostrzegawczego, sygnalowego pomocy drogowej, strazy pozarnej, sluzb drogowych, policji, pogotowia ratunkowego. Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego lampy ostrzegawczej jest nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, liniach, walorach uzytkowych oswietlenia poprzez wyposazenie wnetrza w elementy swiecace i estetyke wykonania. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt lampy ostrzegawczej wynikajacy z konstrukcji jej obudowy i wyposazenia. Lampa ostrzegawcza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia jego widok od czola, fig. 2 ukazuje jej widok z góry, fig. 3 widok z tylu Lampa ostrzegawcza ma aerodynamiczny ksztalt przypominajacy figure stozka o zaokraglonych górnych krawedziach, jej budowa ma ksztalt przyblizonego walca o zaokraglonej podstawie, w której znajduja sie moduly LED, cala budowa jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Ksztalt dolnej czesci obudowy dostosowany jest do mocowania na uchwyt typu DIN. Lampa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt stozka zlozonego. Z góry ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego powierzchnia jest wieksza od dolnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Lampa ostrzegawcza ma aerodynamiczny ksztalt przypominajacy figure stozka o zaokraglonych górnych krawedziach, jej budowa ma ksztalt przyblizonego walca o zaokraglonej podstawie, w której znajduja sie moduly LED, cala budowa jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Ksztalt dolnej czesci obudowy dostosowany jest do mocowania na uchwyt typu DIN. Lampa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt stozka zlozonego. Z góry ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego powierzchnia jest wieksza od dolnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. These lamps are particularly suitable for warning and signal lighting for roadside assistance, fire departments, road services, police, and ambulance services. The new and original features of the industrial design for the warning lamp include a new form, manifested in the shape, lines, and functional qualities of the lighting through the inclusion of internal luminous elements, as well as the aesthetics of its workmanship. The industrial design is based on the new shape of the warning lamp resulting from the design of its housing and fittings. The warning lamp, based on the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows its front view, Fig. 2 shows its top view, and Fig. 3 shows its rear view. The warning lamp has an aerodynamic shape resembling a cone with rounded upper edges. Its structure is roughly cylindrical with a rounded base containing the LED modules. The entire structure is made of transparent plastic. The shape of the lower housing is adapted for mounting on a DIN bracket. The lamp, viewed from the side, has the shape of a compound cone. From the top, it has the shape of a truncated cone, the surface of which is larger than the bottom. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration.
