Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kierunkowa lampa ostrzegawcza LED CLASSIC, która wyposazona w wylacznik i zródlo zasilania, znajduje zastosowanie do sygnalizacji ostrzegawczej swietlnej na pojazdach uprzywilejowanych, w drogownictwie oraz innych miejscach które wymagaja tego typu urzadzen. Lampy te w szczególnosci znajduja zastosowanie do oswietlenia ostrzegawczego sygnalowego pomocy drogowej, strazy pozarnej, sluzb drogowych, policji, pogotowia ratunkowego. Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego lampy ostrzegawczej LED CLASSIC jest nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, liniach, walorach uzytkowych oswietlenia poprzez wyposazeniu wnetrza w elementy swiecace i estetyke wykonania. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt lampy ostrzegawczej LED CLASSIC wynikajacy z konstrukcji jej obudowy i wyposazenia. Lampa ostrzegawcza LED CLASSIC wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia jej widok od czola, fig. 2 ukazuje jej widok z boku, fig. 3 - widok z góry, fig. 4 - widok od dolu. W widoku od czola lampa ostrzegawcza przypomina prostokat, którego górna czesc stanowi lampa, zawierajaca 4 sztuki diody LED zamkniete biala przezroczysta soczewka mocowana czterema wkretami do obudowy, natomiast dolna czesc obudowy jest podstawa lampy. Cala obudowa wykonana jest z metalu w kolorze czarnym. W widoku z boku Lampa ostrzegawcza LED CLASSIC ma ksztalt prostokata którego krótszy, górny bok jest zaokraglony. Equipped with a switch and power source, it is used for warning light signals on emergency vehicles, in road construction, and in other locations requiring such devices. These lamps are particularly suitable for warning signal lighting for roadside assistance, fire departments, road services, police, and emergency medical services. The new and original features of the industrial design for the LED CLASSIC warning lamp include its new form, visible in its shape, lines, functional lighting qualities, the inclusion of internal lighting elements, and the aesthetics of its workmanship. The industrial design is based on the new shape of the LED CLASSIC warning lamp resulting from the design of its housing and fittings. The CLASSIC LED warning light, based on the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the front view, Fig. 2 shows the side view, Fig. 3 shows the top view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottom view. From the front view, the warning light resembles a rectangle, the upper part of which is the lamp housing four LEDs enclosed by a transparent white lens secured to the housing with four screws, while the lower part of the housing is the lamp base. The entire housing is made of black metal. From the side view, the CLASSIC LED warning light has a rectangular shape with a rounded shorter, upper side. From the top view, it has the shape of a truncated cone, the upper surface of which is smaller than the lower surface. From the bottom view, fixed, square-shaped legs are visible, constituting the lower part of the lamp body. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the CLASSIC LED warning light, which distinguish it from other lamps, include its new form, aerodynamic shape, line layout, and functional and aesthetic qualities. The CLASSIC LED warning light is characterized by a cuboid housing with a rectangular base. Viewed from the front, the warning light resembles a rectangle, the upper part of which is the lamp housing four LEDs enclosed by a transparent white lens secured to the housing with four screws, while the lower part of the housing is the lamp base. The entire housing is made of black metal. Viewed from the side, the CLASSIC LED warning light has a rectangular shape with a rounded shorter upper side. Viewed from above, it has the shape of a truncated cone, the upper surface of which is smaller than the lower surface. The bottom view reveals fixed, square-shaped legs, which also constitute the lower part of the lamp body. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations.
