Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa ostrzegawcza, która wyposazona w wylaczniki i zródlo zasilania, znajduje zastosowanie do sygnalizacji ostrzegawczej swietlnej i sygnalowej na po- jazdach uprzywilejowanych, w drogownictwie oraz innych miejscach które wymagaja tego typu urza- dzen. Lampy te w szczególnosci znajduja zastosowanie do oswietlenia ostrzegawczego sygnalowego pomocy drogowej, strazy pozarnej, sluzb drogowych, policji, pogotowia ratunkowego. Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego lampy ostrzegawczej jest nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, liniach, walorach uzytkowych oswietlenia poprzez wyposazenie wne- trza w elementy swiecace i estetyke wykonania. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt lampy ostrzegawczej wynikajacy z kon- strukcji jej obudowy i wyposazenia. Lampa ostrzegawcza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia jej widok od czola, fig. 2 ukazuje jej widok z boku, fig. 3 widok z góry, fig. 4 widok z tylu. Lampa ostrzegawcza ma aerodynamiczny ksztalt przypominajacy figure trapezu równoramien- nego o zaokraglonych górnych krawedziach, jej obudowa ma ksztalt przyblizonego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, w której to podstawie ma cztery lampy obrotowe, 2 halogeny przednie, cztery lampy awaryjne, dwa dodatkowe halogeny boczne, cala obudowa wykonana jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze pomaranczowym, w srodkowej czesci obudowy miesci sie bialy ele- ment sluzacy do umiejscowienia naklejki. Obudowa posiada uchwyty mocujace w postaci nózek sta- lych oraz okablowanie do podlaczenia akumulatora i sterowania. Lampa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt dwóch trapezów równoramiennych zlozonych wiekszymi podstawami przy czym w dolnym trapezie ma dwa halogeny boczne z trzema zarówkami, za którymi znajduja sie skosne nózki montazowe. W wido- ku z góry ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego górna powierzchnia jest mniejsza od dolnej a w srodko- wej czesci ma jasny element pokrywajacy jej srodkowa czesc mocowany do obudowy 4-ma wkretami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Lampa ostrzegawcza ma ksztalt przypominajacy figure trapezu równoramiennego o zaokraglo- nych górnych krawedziach, jej obudowa ma ksztalt przyblizonego prostopadloscianu o podstawie pro- stokata, w której to podstawie ma cztery lampy obrotowe, 2 halogeny przednie, cztery lampy awaryjne, dwa dodatkowe halogeny boczne, cala obudowa wykonana jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucz- nego w kolorze pomaranczowym, w srodkowej czesci obudowy miesci sie bialy element sluzacy do umiejscowienia naklejki. Obudowa posiada uchwyty mocujace w postaci nózek stalych oraz okablo- wanie do podlaczenia akumulatora i sterowania. Lampa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt dwóch trapezów równoramiennych zlozonych wiekszymi podstawami przy czym w dolnym trapezie ma dwa halogeny boczne z trzema zarówkami, za którymi znajduja sie skosne nózki montazowe. These lamps are particularly used for warning signal lighting for roadside assistance, fire brigade, road services, police, and emergency medical services. The new and original features of the industrial design of the warning lamp are the new form manifested in its shape, lines, utility values of lighting through the interior fittings with luminous elements and aesthetics of workmanship. The subject of the industrial design is the new shape of the warning lamp resulting from the construction of its housing and fittings. The warning lamp according to the industrial design has been presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows its front view, Fig. 2 shows its side view, Fig. 3 top view, Fig. 4 rear view. The warning lamp has an aerodynamic shape resembling the figure of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded upper edges, its housing has the shape of an approximate cuboid with a rectangular base, in which base it has four rotating lamps, 2 front halogens, four emergency lamps, two additional side halogens, the entire housing is made of transparent orange plastic, in the middle part of the housing there is a white element for locating the sticker. The housing has mounting brackets in the form of fixed legs and wiring for connecting the battery and control. The lamp in the side view has the shape of two isosceles trapezoids with larger bases, with the lower trapezoid having two side halogens with three bulbs, behind which there are slanted mounting legs. In the top view it has the shape of a truncated cone, the upper surface of which is smaller than the lower one and in the middle part it has a light element covering its middle part, fastened to the housing with 4 screws. The essential features of the warning lamp, which distinguish it from other lamps, are the new form manifested in the aerodynamic shape, arrangement of lines, utility and aesthetic values.
