Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa ostrzegawcza kierunkowa typu SL3, która wyposazona jest w zródlo zasilania i znajduje zastosowanie do sygnalizacji ostrzegawczej swietlnej na pojazdach uprzywilejowanych, w drogownictwie oraz innych miejscach, które wymagaja tego typu urzadzen. Lampa ostrzegawcza w szczególnosci znajduje zastosowanie do oswietlenia ostrze- gawczego sygnalowego pomocy drogowej, strazy pozarnej, sluzb drogowych, policji, pogotowia ratunkowego. Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego lampy ostrzegawczej typu SL3 jest nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, liniach, walorach uzytkowych oswietlenia poprzez wypo- sazenie wnetrza w elementy swiecace i jej estetyczne wykonanie. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt lampy ostrzegawczej typu SL3 wynikajacy z konstrukcji jej obudowy. Lampa ostrzegawcza typu SL3 wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia jej widok od czola, fig. 2 ukazuje jej widok z góry, fig. 3 widok z tylu, fig. 4 widok z boku. Fig. 1 przedstawia lampe ostrzegawcza typu SL3 w widoku od czola która ksztaltem przypomina prostokat zwezajacy sie ku górze, którego górna czesc stanowi lampa zawierajaca 3 sztuki diody LED zamkniete biala przezroczysta oslona mocowana 4 wkretami do obudowy, widoczne sa takze 2 otwory sluzace do zamocowania lampy ostrzegawczej SL3. The warning lamp is particularly suitable for roadside assistance, fire brigade, road services, police, and ambulance services. The new and original features of the SL3-type warning lamp industrial design include its new form, visible in its shape, lines, and functional lighting qualities, including the inclusion of luminous elements within the interior, and its aesthetic design. The industrial design covers the new shape of the SL3-type warning lamp, resulting from the design of its housing. The SL3 warning light, based on the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows its front view, Fig. 2 shows its top view, Fig. 3 shows its rear view, and Fig. 4 shows its side view. Fig. 1 shows the SL3 warning light from the front, which resembles a rectangle that tapers upwards. The upper part of the rectangle is a lamp containing three LEDs enclosed in a white, transparent cover secured to the housing with four screws. Two mounting holes for the SL3 warning light are also visible. Fig. 2 shows the SL3 warning light from the top. The SL3 warning light has the shape of a truncated cone, the upper surface of which is smaller than the lower surface. The housing is made of plastic. Fig. 3 shows the SL3 warning light from the rear view. From the side, the SL3 warning light has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid that tapers symmetrically upward, with rounded lateral edges. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration.
