Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu jubilerskiego, przejawiajaca sie uzyciem wegla kamiennego, stanowiacego element dekoracyjny i polaczenia go z baza wykonana z metalu szlachetnego lub pólszlachetnego, korzystnie srebra. Kazdy egzemplarz pierscienia, wykonywany recznie staje sie unikatowy. Niepowtarzalnosc poszczególnych egzemplarzy wynika z samego uzyte- go materialu – wegla – lamliwego i „zyjacego" materialu. Kazda brylka wegla, z racji jej odlupania z wiekszego kamiennego bloku, ma jedyny w swoim rodzaju ksztalt i oryginalny wyglad. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal w przykladzie wykonania na ilu- stracji, w widoku ogólnym. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of a jewelry product, manifested by the use of stone carbon as a decorative element and combining it with a base made of precious or semi-precious metal, preferably silver. Each handmade ring becomes unique. The uniqueness of individual pieces results from the material used - coal - a brittle and "living" material. Each lump of coal, due to its being chipped from a larger stone block, has a unique shape and original appearance. The industrial design submitted for protection has been presented in the embodiment in the illustration, in a general view. The essential feature of the industrial pattern presented in the illustration - the ring - is that: - the shape and material from which it was made appear as shown in the illustration.
