Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw obraczek stanowiacy wyrób jubilerski. Zestaw obraczek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na ilustracji zbiorczej, na której fig. 1 przedstawia obraczki w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - obraczki w powiekszeniu z widocznymi odciskami korony i pawilonu kamienia jubilerskiego, fig. 3 - zestawione obok siebie obraczki z kamieniem usytuowanym pomiedzy nimi we wglebieniach. Obraczki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego maja walcowa lub wypukla zewnetrzna powierzchnie, w której w kazdej obraczce usytuowane jest wglebienie stanowiace odwzorowanie polówki tego samego kamienia szlachetnego lub ozdobnego o szlifie brylantowym, przy czym wglebienie jednej obraczki odpowiada odciskowi korony a drugiej obraczki - odciskowi pawilonu tego kamienia. Po przylozeniu do siebie obraczek i wlozeniu pomiedzy nie kamienia - pasuje on do wglebien obu obraczek. Obraczki wykonane sa z metali szlachetnych (w szczególnosci zlota, srebra, palladu, platyny) technikami zlotniczymi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze obraczki maja walcowa lub wypukla zewnetrzna powierzchnie, w której w kazdej obraczce usytuowane jest wglebienie stanowiace odwzorowanie polówki tego samego kamienia szlachetnego lub ozdobnego o szlifie brylantowym, przy czym wglebienie jednej obraczki odpowiada odciskowi korony a drugiej obraczki - odciskowi pawilonu tego kamienia. The set of wedding rings according to the industrial design is presented in a collective illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the wedding rings in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the wedding rings enlarged with visible impressions of the crown and pavilion of the gemstone, and Fig. 3 - wedding rings juxtaposed with the stone positioned between them in recesses. Wedding rings according to the industrial design have a cylindrical or convex outer surface, in which each ring has a recess representing half of the same brilliant-cut precious or ornamental stone, with the recess in one ring corresponding to the impression of the crown, and the other ring to the impression of the pavilion of that stone. After placing the rings together and inserting a stone between them, it fits into the recesses of both rings. The rings are made of precious metals (particularly gold, silver, palladium, and platinum) using goldsmithing techniques. The essential features of the industrial design are that the rings have a cylindrical or convex outer surface, in which each ring has a recess representing half of the same brilliant-cut precious or ornamental stone. The recess in one ring corresponds to the impression of the crown, and the other ring corresponds to the impression of the pavilion of that stone.
