Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobna bizuteria w postaci spinek do mankietów, zwlaszcza koszuli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu jubilerskiego, przejawiajaca sie uzyciem wegla kamiennego, stanowiacego element dekoracyjny i polaczenia go z baza wykonana z metalu szlachetnego lub pólszlachetnego, korzystnie srebra. Kazdy egzemplarz spinek, wykonywanych recz- nie staje sie unikatowy. Niepowtarzalnosc poszczególnych egzemplarzy wynika z samego uzytego materialu – wegla – lamliwego i „zyjacego" materialu. Kazda brylka wegla, z racji jej odlupania z wiek- szego kamiennego bloku, ma jedyny w swoim rodzaju ksztalt i oryginalny wyglad. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jewelry, characterized by the use of hard coal as a decorative element, combined with a base made of precious or semi-precious metal, preferably silver. Each hand-made cufflink is unique. The uniqueness of each piece stems from the material used – coal – a brittle and "living" material. Each lump of coal, due to its chipping from a larger stone block, has a one-of-a-kind shape and original appearance. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in general view in the following illustrations, in embodiment examples. Fig. 1 shows cufflinks with a lump of coal profiled into a generally circular shape, and Fig. 2 shows cufflinks with a lump of coal profiled into a generally rectangular shape. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 – cufflinks – is that: – the shape and material from which they were made are as shown in the illustration.
