Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól skladany przeznaczony zwlaszcza do sal konferencyjnych, wykladowych, bankietowych, weselnych. Wytworem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac stolu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz trwalej i efektownej konstrukcji. Stól skladany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Nowa konstrukcja stolów skladanych umozliwia ukladanie zlozonych stolów jeden na drugim bez uszkodzenia blatów. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi stól skladany przedstawiony na fig. 1 - 4 na rysunku zbiorczym w dwóch odmianach. Stól skladany sklada sie z blatu stolu, pod którym zamocowane sa skladane nogi. Skladne nogi otoczone sa listwami o profilu prostokatnym z zamontowanymi na nich odbojnikami. Odbojniki wykonane sa z tworzywa sztucznego lub gumy. Zamontowane listwy wraz z odbojnikami sa wyzsze od powierzchni zlozonych nóg. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany w dwóch odmianach na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, przedstawiajacym fotografie: Na fig. 1 przedstawiono widok od dolu okraglego stolu skladanego; Fig. 2 przedstawia spód okraglego blatu stolu z wycinkiem ramy ochronnej; Fig. 3 pokazuje odmiane stolu w widoku od dolu prostokatnego stolu skladanego; Fig. 4 przedstawia spód prostokatnego blatu stolu z wycinkiem listwy ochronnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Stól skladany charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nogi skladane, zamocowane pod blatem okraglym otoczone sa z 4 stron listwami o profilu prostokatnym, które polaczone lacznikami w postaci scietego trójkata tworza rame. Na lacznikach zamocowane sa wystajace odbojniki. Odbojniki wykonane sa z tworzywa sztucznego lub gumy. Rama stolu jest wyzsza od powierzchni zlozonych nóg. Odmiana stolu skladanego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nogi skladane maja po obu stronach zamocowane listwy o profilu prostokatnym z wystajacymi na nich odbojnikami. Zamontowane odbojniki wykonane sa z tworzywa sztucznego lub gumy. The product according to the industrial design is a new form of a table manifested in the shape and durable and effective construction. The folding table according to the industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in industrial production. The new construction of folding tables allows stacking folded tables one on top of the other without damaging the tops. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is the folding table shown in fig. 1 - 4 in the collective drawing in two versions. The folding table consists of a table top, under which folding legs are attached. The folding legs are surrounded by rectangular profile strips with bumpers mounted on them. The bumpers are made of plastic or rubber. The mounted strips together with the bumpers are higher than the surface of the folded legs. The subject of the design has been presented in two versions in the attached collective drawing, presenting photographs: Fig. 1 shows a bottom view of a round folding table; Fig. 2 shows the bottom of a round table top with a section of the protective frame; Fig. 3 shows a table version in a bottom view of a rectangular folding table; Fig. 4 shows the bottom of a rectangular table top with a section of the protective strip. Essential features of the industrial design The folding table is characterized by the fact that the folding legs, mounted under the round top, are surrounded on 4 sides by rectangular profile strips, which, connected by connectors in the form of a truncated triangle, create a frame. Protruding bumpers are mounted on the connectors. The bumpers are made of plastic or rubber. The table frame is higher than the surface of the folded legs. The folding table version is characterized by the fact that the folding legs have rectangular profile slats attached to both sides with bumpers protruding from them.
