Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy z tasmowa czescia chwytowa, stoso- wany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych, którego chwytak wykonany jest z meta- lu, a czesc chwytowa z tasmy kolorowej wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego, gumy, plótna lub branso- lety metalowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, w szczególnosci w wyposazeniu chwytaka metalowego tego uchwytu w tasmowa czesc chwytowa o stalym jej obwo- dzie zamknietym lub o regulowanej jej dlugosci, której rodzaj materialu i jego kolorystyke mozna do- bierac do koloru wytwarzanych mebli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonania, na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 - fig. 6 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania uchwytu meblowego jednopunktowego z tasmowa czescia chwytowa o stalym obwodzie jej dlugosci, a fig. 7 - fig. 12 - druga odmiane wykonania uchwytu meblowego jednopunkto- wego z tasmowa czescia chwytowa o regulowanej dlugosci jej obwodu, przy czym: fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego z tasmowa czescia chwytowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu z czesciowym przekrojem jego stopki, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w podluznym przekroju pionowym, fig. 6 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 2, które- go stopka za pomoca sruby zamocowana jest do elementu meblowego, natomiast fig. 7 przedstawia druga odmiane uchwytu meblowego z tasmowa czescia chwytowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 8 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 9 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu z czesciowym przekrojem jego stopki, fig. 10 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku od spodu, fig. 11 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w podluznym przekroju pionowym, a fig. 12 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 8, którego stopka za pomoca srub zamocowana jest do elementu meblowego. Z kolei uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowiacy druga od- miane jego wykonania pokazany na rysunku fig. 7 - fig. 11 sklada sie równiez z chwytaka o ksztalcie identycznym jaki posiada uchwyt wedlug pierwszej odmiany wykonania oraz z polaczonej z nim luzno i rozlacznie za pomoca regulatora zaciskowego tasmowej czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego, przy czym regulator ten umieszczony jest przed przednia powierzchnia chwytaka i obejmuje oba kon- ce dolnej czesci tasmy. Zastosowanie tego regulatora zaciskowego pozwala na zmiane dlugosci petli utworzonej z tasmy spelniajacej funkcje czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego. W obu odmianach wykonania tego uchwytu meblowego stopki ich chwytaków mocowane sa za pomoca srub i wykonanych w nich nagwintowanych otworów do odpowiedniego elementu meblowego jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 6 i fig. 12. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, in particular in the fitting of this handle's metal gripper with a ribbon gripping part with a fixed, closed circumference or adjustable length, the type and color of which can be selected to match the color of the furniture being manufactured. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in two variants of its embodiment, in the attached illustrative material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 - Fig. 6 shows the first variant of the embodiment of a single-point furniture handle with a tape gripping part with a constant circumference of its length, and Fig. 7 - Fig. 12 - the second variant of the embodiment of a single-point furniture handle with a tape gripping part with an adjustable length of its circumference, wherein: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the furniture handle with a tape gripping part in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same furniture handle in a side view, Fig. 3 - the same furniture handle in a front view with a partial cross-section of its foot, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a view from below, Fig. 5 - the same furniture handle in a longitudinal vertical section, Fig. 6 - furniture handle shown in fig. 2, the foot of which is attached to the furniture element by means of a screw, while fig. 7 shows the second variant of the furniture handle with a tape gripping part in a perspective view, fig. 8 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 9 - the same furniture handle in a front view with a partial cross-section of its foot, fig. 10 - the same furniture handle in a bottom view, fig. 11 - the same furniture handle in a longitudinal vertical section, and fig. 12 - the furniture handle shown in fig. 8, the foot of which is attached to the furniture element by means of screws. The furniture handle according to the industrial design, constituting the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustrative material and in the drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, consists of a gripper and a loosely and inseparably connected tape gripping part, wherein the gripper is a monolithic cuboidal body having on its lower surface two side recesses made along both of its shorter sides, forming a shorter cuboidal projection, the lower surface of which is provided with a symmetrically located threaded mounting hole, while in both of the longer front and rear walls, the gripper has two horizontally located slots, separated from each other by a flat partition, which constitutes resistance for the endless tape with a rectangular cross-section placed loosely on it, fulfilling the function of the gripping part of this furniture handle. In turn, the single-point furniture handle according to the industrial design, constituting the second variant of its implementation, shown in Figures 7-11, also consists of a gripper with a shape identical to that of the handle according to the first variant of the implementation, and a tape-like gripping portion of the furniture handle, loosely and releasably connected to it by means of a clamping regulator, wherein the regulator is located in front of the front surface of the gripper and encompasses both ends of the lower portion of the tape. Use of this clamping regulator allows for changing the length of the loop formed by the tape serving as the gripping portion of the furniture handle. In both versions of this furniture handle, the feet of their grippers are fastened to the appropriate furniture element by means of screws and threaded holes made in them, as shown in drawings Fig. 6 and Fig. 12. Essential features of the industrial design of the furniture handle with a tape gripping part, presented in two versions of its execution on the illustrative material and in drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 5 and Fig. 7 - Fig. 11, are characterized in that: - it consists of a gripper and a tape gripping part loosely and inseparably connected to it, wherein this gripper is a monolithic cuboidal body having on its lower surface two side recesses made along both of its shorter sides, creating a shorter cuboidal projection, the lower surface of which is provided with a symmetrically located threaded hole assembly, while in both longer front and rear walls, this gripper has two horizontally positioned slots PL 20332 3, separated from each other by a flat partition, which constitutes resistance for a loosely placed endless tape with a rectangular cross-section, which serves as the gripping part of this furniture handle as shown in the attached illustrations and in Fig. 1 - Fig. 5, - it also consists of an analogous gripper and a tape gripping part of this furniture handle, loosely and detachably connected to it by means of a clamping regulator, wherein this regulator is placed in front of the front surface of the gripper and embraces both ends of the lower part of the tape as shown in Fig. 7 - Fig. 11.
