Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lózko z odmianami. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny wzór mebla - lózka o charakte- rystycznym ksztalcie, zestawieniu jego elementów, minimalistycznej formie, modularnosci i kolorystyce. Meble wykonane sa w bialej kolorystyce. Poszczególne odmiany wzoru róznia sie elementami wyposazenia lózka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia widok wzoru w odmianie 1. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok wzoru w odmianie 2. Wzór w odmianie 1 posiada charakterystyczny ksztalt skrzyni lózka, wraz z rama lózka wyposa- zona w pólki np. na ksiazki, drobne przedmioty, prosty szczyt, baldachim. Wzór w odmianie 2 posiada cechy jak odmiana 1 z tym, ze nie posiada baldachimu. Wzór w odmianie 3 posiada cechy jak w odmianie 1, z tym ze posiada pokrowiec dodany do szczytu w kolorze bezowym, a takze skrzynke w kolorze debu oraz drabinke. Wzór w odmianie 4 posiada cechy jak w odmianie 3 z tym, ze nie posiada baldachimu ani drabinki. Wzór w odmianie 5 posiada cechy jak wzór w odmianie 1, przy czym posiada równiez za szczy- tem lózka wysoki regal na ksiazki. Wzór w odmianie 6 posiada cechy jak wzór w odmianie 5, z tym ze posiada równiez skrzynki w kolorze debu na regale oraz drabinke, a takze w dolnej czesci regalu - zamykany pojemnik, w któ- rym mozna przechowywac koce, dodatkowe poduszki itp. Cechami istotnymi wzoru - jest charakterystyczny ksztalt skrzyni lózka, wraz z rama lózka wy- posazona w pólki, prosty jego szczyt, kolorystyka. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individual furniture design - a bed with a characteristic shape, combination of its elements, minimalist form, modularity and colours. The furniture is made in white colours. Individual variations of the design differ in the elements of the bed equipment. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows a view of the design in variation 1. Fig. 2 shows a view of the design in variation 2. Fig. 3 shows a view of the design in variation 3. Fig. 4 shows a view of the design in variation 4. Fig. 5 shows a view of the design in variation 5. Fig. 6 shows a view of the design in variation 6. The design in variation 1 has a characteristic shape of the bed box, together with a bed frame equipped with shelves, e.g. for books, small items, a simple headboard, a canopy. The pattern in version 2 has the same features as pattern 1, except that it does not have a canopy. The pattern in version 3 has the same features as pattern 1, except that it has a beige cover added to the headboard, as well as an oak-coloured box and a ladder. The pattern in version 4 has the same features as pattern 3, except that it does not have a canopy or ladder. The pattern in version 5 has the same features as pattern 1, except that it also has a tall bookcase behind the headboard. The pattern in version 6 has the same features as pattern 5, except that it also has oak-coloured boxes on the headboard and a ladder, as well as a lockable container in the lower part of the headboard, in which you can store blankets, extra pillows, etc. The essential features of the pattern are the characteristic shape of the bed box, together with the bed frame equipped with shelves, its simple headboard, and the colours.
