Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobna kostka brukowa wykonana z barwionego na podobienstwo trawertynu betonu, przeznaczona do ukladania utwardzonej nawierzchni, zwlaszcza imitujacej nawierzchnie z kamienia naturalnego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku i strukturze powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rego fig. 1 pokazano kostke brukowa w widoku od frontu (rzut z góry), natomiast na fig. 2 pokazano te kostke z tworzacymi ja czesciami rozsunietym wzgledem siebie. Jak przedstawiono na materiale ilustracyjnym kostka ma w zasadzie ksztalt prostopadloscianu utworzonego poprzez jego przeciecie wzdluz linii skosnej w stosunku do bocznych krawedzi bryly z dwóch czesci, z których kazda w przekroju ma ksztalt czworokata o dwóch katach prostych, jednym kacie ostrym i jednym rozwartym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. ksztalt ozdobnej kostki brukowej bedacej prostopadloscianem foremnym, utworzonym z dwóch czesci, z których kazda w rzucie z góry ma ksztalt czworokata o dwóch katach prostych, jednym kacie ostrym i jednym kacie rozwartym, 2. struktura powierzchni matowa, porowata, 3. wybarwienie na niejednorodny kolor w odcieniach bialego, grafitowego i bezowego, z ukazaniem przebarwien, imitujacy kolor naturalnego trawertynu po oszlifowaniu.PL 19901 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19901 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a decorative paving stone made of concrete dyed to resemble travertine, intended for laying a hardened surface, especially imitating a surface made of natural stone. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the object manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and the drawing and structure of the surface and colours. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which fig. 1 shows the paving stone in a front view (top view), while fig. 2 shows this stone with the parts forming it spaced apart from each other. As shown in the illustration, the cube has basically the shape of a cuboid created by cutting it along a line oblique to the lateral edges of the solid from two parts, each of which in cross-section has the shape of a quadrangle with two right angles, one acute angle and one obtuse angle. The essential features of the industrial design are as follows: 1. the shape of a decorative paving stone being a regular cuboid, made of two parts, each of which, when viewed from above, has the shape of a quadrangle with two right angles, one acute angle and one obtuse angle, 2. the surface structure is matte, porous, 3. the colouring is non-uniform in shades of white, graphite and beige, with visible discolourations, imitating the colour of natural travertine after sanding.PL 19901 3 Illustration of the designPL 19901 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL
