Rozpuszczalnosci siarki w ta¬ kich estrach nie mozna bylo przewidziec, gdyz jako rozpuszczalniki siarki byly do¬ tad znane tylko zwykle, chlorowane i siar- . kowane weglowodory, jak dwusiarczek we¬ gla, dalej chlorek siarki, alkohol, eter, ani¬ lina, olej smolowcowy wegla kamiennego i terpeny.Wiadomo tez, ze dodatek siarki wzma¬ ga Hzialanie leków antiparazytycznych i 'dzialanie siarki jest tern energiczniejsze im bardziej ona jest rozdrobniona. Z tego po¬ wodu dodaje sie siarke do takich prepara¬ tów albo w postaci koloidalnej albo uzywa sie preparatów, zawierajacych siarke orga¬ nicznie zwiazana i w organizmie stopniowo ja wydzielajacych. W obu wypadkach byl potrzebny dodatek siarki stosunkowo duzy, aby organizm mógl rozpuscic ilosc dosta¬ teczna dla efektu leczniczego.W przeciwienstwie do tego w mysl wy¬ nalazku potrzeba stosunkowo malych ilosci siarki, gdyz wprowadza sie ja w organizm juz rozpuszczona.Przyklad I. 1,5 g siarki rozpuszcza sie przez ogrzanie w 98,5 g estrze benzylo¬ wym kwasu benzoesowego.Przyklad II. 0,75 g siarki rozpuszcza elementarna siarke rozpuszcza sie w e- sie przez ogrzanie w 99,25 g estrze jedno- strach, dzialajacych antiparazytycznie, glykolowym kwasu naftoesowego.Erdól-und Kohl e-Verwertung PL
