Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac aparatu telefonicznego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór aparatu telefonicznego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia aparat telefoniczny w widoku perspektywicznym od strony jednego boku, fig. 2 - aparat telefoniczny z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od strony drugiego boku, fig.3 - apart telefoniczny z fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia inna odmiane aparatu telefonicznego w widoku perspektywicznym odprzodu, fig.5 - aparat z fig.4 w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu, fig.6 - aparat w widoku od strony krótszego boku,od przodu fig.7 - aparat z fig.4 w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - aparat telefoniczny z fig.4 w widoku od strony krótszego boku i od tylu, fig.9 - aparat fotograficzny z fig.4 w widoku z boku , od strony dluzszego boku, fig. 10 - aparat z fig.4 w widoku od tylu. Aparat telefoniczny, wedlug wzoru, majacy ksztalt scietego prostopadloscianu, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma czesc przednia i tylna przy czym tylna czesc, stanowiaca podstawe prostopadloscianu ma ksztalt prostokatny. Przeciwlegle sciany boczne, wzdluz krótszego boku pierwszej czesci aparatu maja rózna wysokosc. Od strony wyzszego boku aparat ma kolisty wystep, natomiast od strony krótszego boku walcowy wystep, na którego tworzacej jest nieco mniejszy walcowy wystep, z którego wychodzi kabel telefoniczny. Przednia czesc aparatu ma ukosnie do przodu pochylona sciane wzdluz krótszego boku, a przeciwlegla do niej sciana jest lukowato zaokraglona, zas sciany wzdluz dluzszych boków maja zmniejszajaca sie w kierunku do tylu wysokosc. Ich krawedzie sa lukowato wygiete, a od przodu aparat ma po jednej stronie eliptyczny obrys i zaglebienie o ksztalcie czworokata, o zaokraglonych narozach, którego dwa krótsze, przeciwlegle boki sa wygiete na zewnatrz. Górny, dluzszy bok jest lukowato wygiety , zas dolny, krótszy bok jest wycinkiem kola,. Na górze i na dole zaglebienie ma prostokatne obrysy. Górny obrys jest wiekszy, a po srodku w zaglebieniu sa kwadratowe przyciski umieszczone w czterech, równoleglych rzedach poziomych i pieciu rzedach pionowych. Drugi rzad pionowy ma trzy przyciski. Po drugiej stronie czesci przedniej aparat ma dwa zaglebienia, usytuowane jeden nad drugim. Górne zaglebienie ma górna czesc w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, zas dolna jego czesc jest wypukla na zewnatrz i pobokach ma wystajace, sciany w postaci zaokraglonych plytek. Natomiast dolne zaglebienie ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, którego dluzsze boczne, sciany sa lukowato wygiete w kierunku do górnej, krótszej krawedzi. Górna czesc aparatu jest w jasniejszym odcieniu niz dolna. Aparat telefoniczny , w innej odmianie, majacy ksztalt scietego prostopadloscianu, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z dwóch, nalozonych na siebie czesci górnej i dolnej, których podstawy maja ksztalt prostokatny. Sciany boczne dolnej czesci maja w widoku z boku ksztalt trójkata prostokatnego. Górna czesc wystaje wzdluz dluzszych boków nad dolna czesc aparatu. Sciany boczne górnej czesci, wzdluz krótszych boków sa pochylone do srodka, przy czym kat pochylenia górnej sciany jest wiekszy niz dolnej. Krawedzie i naroza górnej czesci aparatu sa zaokraglone. Czesc górna ma po jednej stronie centralne, prostopadloscienne, poprzeczne zaglebienie z centralnie usytuowanym prostokatnym obrysem, przechodzace w dwa wzdluzne, prostopadloscienne zaglebienia, usytuowane powyzej i po nizej centralnego zaglebienia. Górne zaglebienie jest uksztaltowane z lukowatym schodkiem, zas dolne zglebienie przechodzi w pól - cylindryczne wybranie. Po drugiej stronie na prostokatnym, wzdluznym obrysie sa poprzeczne linie dzialace go na segmenty. Dolny segment jest prostokatny i ma prostopadloscienne zaglebienie z poprzecznymi listwami, o róznej dlugosci, a nad nim jest sprostokatny segment z okraglymi przyciskami, usytuowanymi w czterech rzedach pionowych i poziomych. Powyzej jest prostokatny obrys z piecioma prostokatnymi obrysami usytuowanymi wzdluz dluzszych górnych i dolnych boków segmentu, zas górny segment ma pochylona górna krawedz. The essence of the design is a new form of a telephone device, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The telephone set, according to the model, has the shape of a truncated cuboid. It is characterized by a front and a rear section, with the rear section, constituting the base of the cuboid, being rectangular. The opposite side walls, along the shorter side of the first part of the set, have different heights. On the higher side, the set has a circular protrusion, while on the shorter side, a cylindrical protrusion, forming a slightly smaller cylindrical protrusion from which the telephone cable emerges. The front part of the set has a wall along the shorter side that slopes diagonally forward, while the opposite wall is rounded in an arc, while the walls along the longer sides have a height that decreases toward the rear. Their edges are curved, and the front of the camera has an elliptical outline and a quadrangular recess with rounded corners, the two shorter, opposite sides of which are curved outward. The upper, longer side is curved, while the lower, shorter side is a segment of a circle. The recess has rectangular outlines at the top and bottom. The upper outline is larger, and in the center of the recess are square buttons arranged in four parallel horizontal rows and five vertical rows. The second vertical row has three buttons. On the other side of the front, the camera has two recesses, one above the other. The upper recess has a cuboid-shaped upper part, while its lower part is convex outward and has protruding walls in the form of rounded plates on the sides. The lower recess, on the other hand, is cuboid-shaped, with the longer side walls arching towards the upper, shorter edge. The upper part of the telephone is lighter in color than the lower. Another variant, a truncated cuboid telephone, is characterized by its composition of two superimposed parts: the upper and lower, with rectangular bases. The side walls of the lower part, viewed from the side, have the shape of a right-angled triangle. The upper part protrudes along its longer sides above the lower part of the telephone. The lateral walls of the upper part, along the shorter sides, are inclined inward, with the angle of inclination of the upper wall being greater than that of the lower. The edges and corners of the upper part of the apparatus are rounded. On one side, the upper part has a central, cuboidal, transverse recess with a centrally located rectangular outline, merging into two longitudinal, cuboidal recesses, located above and below the central recess. The upper recess is shaped with an arcuate step, while the lower recess merges into a semi-cylindrical recess. On the other side, the rectangular longitudinal outline has transverse lines acting on the segments. The lower segment is rectangular and has a cuboid recess with crossbars of varying lengths. Above it is a rectangular segment with round buttons arranged in four vertical and horizontal rows. Above it is a rectangular outline with five rectangular outlines arranged along the longer top and bottom sides of the segment, while the upper segment has a sloping top edge.
