Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brama segmentowa kasetonowa z elementem ozdobnym i kasetonami kwadratowymi oraz prostokatnymi o wydluzonych bokach poziomych, majaca zastosowanie w halach produkcyjnych i garazach. Brama segmentowa wedlug wzoru jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan. Brama wykonana jest z drewna klejonego i sklada sie z czterech segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych zawierajacych po dwa kasetony kwadratowe i trzy kasetony prostokatne oraz elementu ozdobnego w ksztalcie kola nad którym jest luk z dwoma elementami poziomymi, a nizej umieszczone sa dwa pionowe prostokaty majace wklesle promieniowe wewnetrzne górne narozniki. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w rzucie z boku. Brama segmentowa kasetonowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego na rysunku fig. 1 zawiera cztery segmenty polaczone zawiasami i osiem kwadratowych oraz dwanascie kasetonów w ksztalcie wydluzonych prostokatów i elementu ozdobnego, a fig. 2 segmenty wykonane sa z drewna klejonego warstwowego w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych 1 podzielonych na kasetony wypelnione materialem cieplochronnym 5, przykrytym panelem 2 oraz panelem ozdobnym 3, a z drugiej strony plyta warstwowa 4 wodoodporna. Segmenty stykaja sie ze soba powierzchniami w ksztalcie paraboli 6 na calej szerokosci bramy i sa polaczone zawiasami umozliwiajacymi odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. The sectional gate according to the design is a new and original solution in relation to known solutions. The gate is made of glued wood and consists of four segments in the shape of rectangular frames containing two square cassettes and three rectangular cassettes and a decorative element in the shape of a circle above which there is an arch with two horizontal elements, and below there are two vertical rectangles with concave radial inner upper corners. The industrial design is shown in drawing fig. 1 in the front view, and fig. 2 in the side view. The sectional cassette gate according to the industrial design in the drawing fig. 1 comprises four segments connected by hinges and eight square and twelve cassettes in the shape of elongated rectangles and a decorative element, and fig. 2 the segments are made of laminated glued wood in the shape of rectangular frames 1 divided into cassettes filled with heat-insulating material 5, covered with a panel 2 and a decorative panel 3, and on the other side a waterproof layered panel 4. The segments touch each other with surfaces in the shape of a parabola 6 over the entire width of the gate and are connected by hinges enabling the segments to deflect from the vertical when the gate is lifted. Essential features of the industrial design: – a sectional cassette gate with a decorative element according to the design, made in the form of four segments in the shape of elongated rectangular frames containing two square cassettes and three rectangular cassettes covered with panels and decorative panels in the shape of a rectangle, a decorative element in the shape of a circle, above it an arch with connected horizontal elements, below two vertical rectangles with concave radial upper inner corners. – the contact surfaces of the gate segments have the shape of a parabola over the entire width of the gate, enabling the segments to deviate from the vertical when the gate is lifted.
