Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brama segmentowa deskowana poziomo z listwami ozdobnymi w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „Z", majaca zastosowanie w halach produkcyjnych i garazach. Brama segmentowa wedlug wzoru jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan. Brama wykonana jest z drewna klejonego i sklada sie z czterech segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych deskowanych. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w rzucie z boku. Brama segmentowa deskowana wedlug wzoru przemyslowego fig. 1 zawiera cztery segmenty polaczone zawiasami i pokrycie poziomymi deskami z listwami ozdobnymi w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „Z", a fig. 2 - segmenty wykonane sa z drewna klejonego warstwowego w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych 1 wypelnione materialem cieplochronnym 5, przykrytym panelem 2, oraz deskami 3, a z drugiej strony plyta warstwowa 4 wodoodporna. Segmenty stykaja sie ze soba powierzchniami w ksztalcie paraboli 6 na calej szerokosci bramy i sa polaczone zawiasami umozliwiajacymi odchylenie segmentów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: – brama segmentowa deskowana poziomo z listwami ozdobnymi zamocowanymi w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „Z" wedlug wzoru, wykonana jest w postaci segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych pokrytych panelami, oraz elementami ozdobnymi w ksztalcie deskowania poziomego z listwami ozdobnymi zamocowanymi w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „Z". – powierzchnie styku segmentów bramy maja ksztalt paraboli na calej szerokosci bramy umozliwiajace odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. The sectional gate according to the design is a new and original solution in relation to known solutions. The gate is made of glued wood and consists of four segments in the shape of rectangular boarded frames. The industrial design is shown in the drawing fig. 1 in the front view, and fig. 2 in the side view. The sectional gate boarded according to the industrial design fig. 1 contains four segments connected by hinges and covered with horizontal boards with decorative strips in the shape of an inverted letter "Z", and fig. 2 - the segments are made of laminated glued wood in the shape of rectangular frames 1 filled with heat-insulating material 5, covered with a panel 2, and boards 3, and on the other side 4 waterproof sandwich panel. The segments are in contact with each other with surfaces in the shape of a parabola 6 along the entire width of the gate and are connected with hinges enabling the segments to be tilted. Essential features of the industrial design: – horizontally boarded segment gate with decorative strips attached in the shape of an inverted letter "Z" according to the design, is made in the form of segments in the shape of rectangular frames covered with panels and decorative elements in the shape of horizontal boarding with decorative strips attached in the shape of an inverted letter "Z". – the contact surfaces of the gate segments have the shape of a parabola along the entire width of the gate, enabling the segments to be tilted from the vertical when the gate is lifted.
