Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brama segmentowa kasetonowa z trójkatnym elementem ozdobnym i kasetonami prostokatnymi o wydluzonych bokach poziomych, majaca zastosowanie w halach produkcyjnych i garazach. Brama segmentowa kasetonowa wedlug wzoru jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan. Brama wykonana jest z drewna klejonego i sklada sie z czterech segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych zawierajacych po trzy kasetony prostokatne oraz elementu ozdobnego w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego z wydluzona podstawa usytuowanego w srodkowo górnym kasetonie, a ponizej kasetonu z trójkatem sa dwa elementy z wkleslymi lukami umieszczonymi w górnej czesci kasetonu. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w rzucie z boku. Segmenty stykaja sie ze soba powierzchniami w ksztalcie paraboli 6 na calej szerokosci bramy i sa polaczone zawiasami umozliwiajacymi odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. The sectional paneled door, as designed, is a new and original solution compared to existing designs. The door is made of laminated wood and consists of four rectangular frame-shaped segments, each containing three rectangular panels, and a decorative element in the shape of an isosceles triangle with an elongated base, located in the central upper panel. Below the triangular panel, there are two elements with concave arches located in the upper part of the panel. The industrial design is shown in Figure 1, a front view, and Figure 2, a side view. The sectional cassette door, according to the industrial design in Fig. 1, comprises four segments connected by hinges and twelve cassettes in the shape of elongated rectangles and a triangular decorative element, while Fig. 2 shows the segments made of laminated glued timber in the shape of rectangular frames 1 divided into cassettes filled with heat-insulating material 5, covered with a panel 2 and a decorative panel 3, and on the other side with a waterproof sandwich panel 4. The segments contact each other with parabolic surfaces 6 across the entire width of the door and are connected by hinges that allow the segments to deflect from the vertical when the door is raised. Essential features of the industrial design: – a sectional cassette door with a triangular decorative element, as per the design, is made of four segments in the shape of elongated rectangular frames containing three rectangular cassettes each covered with panels and decorative panels in the shape of a rectangle with an elongated base, a decorative element in the shape of an isosceles triangle with an elongated base located in the central upper cassette of the door. Below this are two elements with concave arches located in the upper corners of the cassette, and the lower central cassette has herringbone planking. – the contact surfaces of the door segments are parabolic across the entire width of the door, allowing the segments to deflect from the vertical when the door is raised.
