Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brama segmentowa kasetonowa z trójkatnym elementem ozdobnym i kasetonami prostokatnymi o wydluzonych bokach poziomych, majaca zastosowanie w halach produkcyjnych i garazach. Brama segmentowa kasetonowa wedlug wzoru jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan. Brama wykonana jest z drewna klejonego i sklada sie z czterech segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych zawierajacych po trzy kasetony prostokatne oraz elementu ozdobnego w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego z wydluzona podstawa usytuowanego w srodkowo górnym kasetonie, a ponizej kasetonu z trójkatem sa dwa elementy z wkleslymi lukami umieszczonymi w górnej czesci kasetonu. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w rzucie z boku. Brama segmentowa kasetonowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego na rysunku fig. 1 zawiera cztery segmenty polaczone zawiasami i dwanascie kasetonów w ksztalcie wydluzonych prostokatów i trójkatnego elementu ozdobnego, a fig. 2 - segmenty wykonane sa z drewna klejonego warstwowego w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych 1 podzielonych na kasetony wypelnione materialem cieplochronnym 5, przykrytym panelem 2 oraz panelem ozdobnym 3, a z drugiej strony plyta warstwowa 4 wodoodporna. Segmenty stykaja sie ze soba powierzchniami w ksztalcie paraboli 6 na calej szerokosci bramy i sa polaczone zawiasami umozliwiajacymi odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: – brama segmentowa kasetonowa z trójkatnym elementem ozdobnym wedlug wzoru, wykonana jest w postaci czterech segmentów w ksztalcie wydluzonych ram prostokatnych zawierajacych po trzy kasetony prostokatne pokryte panelami, oraz panelami ozdobnymi w ksztalcie prostokata z wydluzona podstawa, elementu ozdobnego w ksztalcie trójkata równoramiennego z wydluzona podstawa usytuowanego w srodkowo górnej kasetonie czesci bramy ponizej sa dwa elementy z wkleslymi lukami umieszczonymi w górnych naroznikach kasetonu, a dolny srodkowy kaseton ma deskowanie w jodelke. – powierzchnie styku segmentów bramy maja ksztalt paraboli na calej szerokosci bramy umozliwiajace odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. The sectional cassette door according to the design is a new and original solution compared to known solutions. The gate is made of glued wood and consists of four segments in the shape of rectangular frames containing three rectangular coffers each and a decorative element in the shape of an isosceles triangle with an elongated base located in the middle upper coffer, and below the coffer with the triangle there are two elements with concave arches placed in the upper part of the cassette. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1 in a front view and in Fig. 2 in a side view. The sectional cassette door according to the industrial design in Fig. 1 contains four segments connected with hinges and twelve cassettes in the shape of elongated rectangles and a triangular decorative element, and Fig. 2 - the segments are made of laminated wood in the shape of rectangular frames 1 divided into cassettes filled with material. thermal insulation 5, covered with panel 2 and decorative panel 3, and on the other side a waterproof sandwich panel 4.
