Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brama segmentowa deskowana poziomo, majaca zastosowanie w halach produkcyjnych i garazach. Brama segmentowa wedlug wzoru jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan. Brama wykonana jest z drewna klejonego i sklada sie z czterech segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych deskowanych. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w rzucie z boku. Brama segmentowa deskowana wedlug wzoru przemyslowego fig. 1 zawiera cztery segmenty polaczone zawiasami i pokrycie poziomymi deskami z górna lukowata deska, a fig. 2 zawiera segmenty wykonane sa z drewna klejonego warstwowego w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych 1 wypelnione materialem cieplochronnym 5, przykrytym panelem 2, oraz deskami 3, a z drugiej strony plyta warstwowa 4 wodoodporna. Segmenty stykaja sie ze soba powierzchniami w ksztalcie paraboli 6 na calej szerokosci bramy i sa polaczone zawiasami umozliwiajacymi odchylenie segmentów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: – brama segmentowa deskowana poziomo wedlug wzoru, wykonana jest z drewna klejonego wielowarstwowego w postaci segmentów w ksztalcie ram prostokatnych pokrytych panelami z plyt wielowarstwowych wodoodpornych, oraz elementami ozdobnymi w ksztalcie deskowania poziomego z górna lukowata deska, – powierzchnie styku segmentów bramy maja ksztalt paraboli na calej szerokosci bramy umozliwiajace odchylenie segmentów od pionu przy podnoszeniu bramy. The sectional door according to the design is a new and original solution compared to known solutions. The door is made of glued laminated timber and consists of four segments in the shape of rectangular planked frames. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1 in a front view and Fig. 2 in a side view. The sectional door planked according to the industrial design, Fig. 1, comprises four segments connected by hinges and covered with horizontal planks with an upper arched plank, while Fig. 2 comprises segments made of laminated laminated timber in the shape of rectangular frames 1 filled with heat-insulating material 5, covered with a panel 2, and planks 3, and on the other side with a waterproof sandwich panel 4. The segments touch each other with parabolic surfaces 6 across the entire width of the gate and are connected by hinges that allow the segments to tilt. Essential features of the industrial design: – the horizontally planked sectional gate, as shown in the design, is made of multi-layer glued timber in the form of rectangular frame segments covered with waterproof multi-layer board panels and decorative elements in the form of horizontal formwork with an upper arched board; – the contact surfaces of the gate segments are parabolic across the entire width of the gate, allowing the segments to tilt from the vertical when the gate is raised.
