Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach gdzie Fig. 1 ukazuje przednia etykiete, Fig. 2 ukazuje tylna etykiete, Fig. 3 ukazuje etykiete - obwolute umieszczana na szyjce butelki. Przednia etykieta (Fig. 1) zawiera napis „Miodowe naturalne niefiltrowane", gdzie napis „Miodowe" jest stylizowany w formie i w kolorze miodu wylewajacego sie z plastra miodu. Slowa „naturalne niefiltrowane" przy uzyciu stylizowanej czcionki sa umiejscowione jedno pod drugim, u dolu z prawej strony napisu „Miodowe". W owalu stylizowanym na plaster miodu, oprócz napisów znajduje sie wizerunek wiejskiej chaty, uli, i roju pszczól. U dolu owalu, na plastrze miodu znajduje sie wizerunek pszczoly. Owalny plaster miodu wraz z zawartymi w nim napisami i rysunkami jest umiejscowiony centralnie na tle powiekszonego zdjecia struktury plastra miodu. W lewym dolnym rogu etykiety widnieje zdjecie kawalka korpusu pszczoly, zas w prawym dolnym rogu etykiety znajduje sie owalny emblemat z napisem wokól emblematu „SOLUT Najwyzsza Jakosc" oraz wizerunkiem kufla piwa z wylewajaca sie piana. Napisy na emblemacie sa przedzielone szyszkami chmielu. Napis „SOLUT" znajduje sie na wstedze. Tylna etykieta (Fig. 2) zawiera fragment owalnego wizerunku plastra miodu, wewnatrz którego na tle wiejskiej chalupy i roju pszczól znajduja sie kolejno od góry nastepujace napisy: „PIWO Jasne Naturalne Niefiltrowane", „Wysmienite naturalne jasne piwo warzone w otwartych kadziach, którego smak gwarantuje prawdziwy miód. I tylko miód." „W kwestii smaków nie akceptujemy jakichkolwiek kompromisów." Ponizej sa informacje dotyczace producenta i nastepnie informacje o skladzie i zawartosci alkoholu oraz oznaczenie kodu kreskowego. Napisy na emblemacie sa przedzielone szyszkami chmielu. Napis „SOLUT" znajduje sie na wstedze. U dolu, wokól emblematu na ciemnym tle znajduje sie napis „PIWO WARZONE NATURALNIE". Obwoluta szyjki ma ksztalt zasadniczo wielokata, przy czym jej dól w centralnej czesci jest zakonczony katem prostym skierowanym w dól, zas góra posiada wypukle w góre wyoblenie odpowiadajace owalowi emblematu. The industrial design is presented in the illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the front label, Fig. 2 shows the back label, and Fig. 3 shows the label - a wrapper placed on the neck of the bottle. The front label (Fig. 1) contains the inscription "Miodowe natura niefiltrowane" (Honey, natural, unfiltered), where the inscription "Miodowe" is stylized in the form and color of honey pouring from a honeycomb. The words "natural niefiltrowane" in a stylized font are positioned one below the other, at the bottom to the right of the inscription "Miodowe." In an oval stylized to resemble a honeycomb, in addition to the inscriptions, there is an image of a country cottage, beehives, and a swarm of bees. At the bottom of the oval, on the honeycomb, there is an image of a bee. The oval honeycomb, with the inscriptions and drawings contained within it, is positioned centrally against the background of an enlarged photo of the honeycomb structure. In the lower left corner of the label there is a photo of a piece of a bee's body, while in the lower right corner of the label there is an oval emblem with the inscription around the emblem "SOLUT Highest Quality" and an image of a mug of beer with foam pouring out. The back label (Fig. 2) contains a fragment of an oval image of a honeycomb, inside which, against the background of a country cottage and a swarm of bees, there are the following inscriptions, from top to bottom: "PIWO Jasne Naturalne Niefiltrowane" (Beer Pale Natural Unfiltered), "Excellent natural pale beer brewed in open vats, the taste of which is guaranteed by real honey. And only honey." "We do not accept any compromises when it comes to flavors." Below is information about the manufacturer, followed by information on the composition and alcohol content, and the barcode. Centrally in the upper part of the label there is an oval emblem with the inscription of the beer name "SOLUT", an advertising inscription, and an image of a beer mug with pouring foam. The inscriptions on the emblem are separated by hop cones. The inscription "SOLUT" is on a ribbon.
