Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie kleju w postaci blistra, fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie kleju w postaci tuby, Wykaz odmian wzoru: a) odmiana pierwsza pokazana jest na fig. 1 b) odmiana druga pokazana jest na fig. 2. Jak uwidoczniono na ilustracji, pierwsza odmiane wzoru stanowi prostokatny kartonik, do którego w czesci srodkowej przytwierdzona jest trwale podluzna kopulka, wykonana z przezroczystego sztyw- nego materialu, a pod nia umieszczona jest tuba do kleju. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru, na niebieskim pasku, umieszczonym przy górnej krawedzi karto- nika, jest z lewej strony delikatny zólty ornament z zóltym podpisem: original, zas ze strony prawej jest drobny wyraz w kolorze czerwonym: CHEMI, a za nim bialy napis w dwóch wierszach: STIK SYSTEM. Ponizej jest cieniowane niebieskie tlo z motywem cukiernicy z przygotowanym do klejenia oderwanym uchem, na co nalozony jest stylizowany napis CYJANOPAN na zlocistym prostokatnym skosnym tle, za którym jest zólta litera G w bialym okregu. Ciemniejsze niebieskie tlo centralnej czesci kartonika pokryte jest szeregiem poziomych jasnoniebieskich linii, stopniowo ciemniejacych w dolnej czesci kartonika, a ponizej na skraju znajduje sie zólty poziomy pasek z czarnym napisem www.chemistik.pl. Po lewej stronie kartonika jest ulozony pionowo w dwóch wierszach zólty napis: „ideal for porous and vertical surfaces Idealny do powierzchni pionowych i porowatych", natomiast po jego prawej stronie znajduja sie kolejno jeden nad drugim trzy wypelnione niebieskim tlem kwadraty w obrysie bialym, na które na- lozone sa fotografie róznych klejonych przedmiotów kolejno w postaci przyklejonego do sciany uchwytu, buta oraz ceramicznego dzbanka, przy czym nad górnym kwadratem umieszczony jest zólty pochyly napis GEL. Na przykrytej przezroczysta kopulka tubie z klejem w kolorach zóltym, bialym i niebieskim w srodkowej czesci kartonika, naniesiony jest stylizowany napis CYJANOPAN GEL Zel cyjanoakrylowy, w kolorach bialym, zóltym i czarnym. Opakowanie kleju w drugiej odmianie wzoru stanowi tuba z klejem, skladajaca sie kolejno z nie- biesko-zóltego zbiornika, zóltego pierscienia dystansowego, bialego kolnierza pipety oraz nakretki mo- tylkowej w kolorze zóltym. Na niebieskiej czesci powierzchni zbiornika, wzdluz jego prawego konturu bocznego jest polozone skosnie podluzne pole stylizowanego rombu w kolorze czarnym, na którym umieszczony jest stylizowany napis CYJANOPAN w kolorze bialym, a jego stylizowana litera C, wieksza od pozostalych liter, obrysowana jest obwódka w kolorze czarnym, natomiast za tym napisem jest wyraz GEL w kolorze zóltym. Na zóltej czesci zbiornika umieszczony jest czarny napis Zel cyjanoakrylowy. The industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows an adhesive packaging in the form of a blister, Fig. 2 shows an adhesive packaging in the form of a tube, List of design variations: a) the first variation is shown in Fig. 1, b) the second variation is shown in Fig. 2. As shown in the illustration, the first design variation is a rectangular box to which an elongated dome made of a transparent, rigid material is permanently attached in the middle, with an adhesive tube placed underneath. In the upper part, the box is provided with an elongated cutout for hanging on a suitable arm at the point of sale. In the first design variation, a blue stripe along the top edge of the box features a delicate yellow ornament on the left side with a yellow inscription: original, while on the right side is a small red word: CHEMI, followed by two lines of white lettering: STIK SYSTEM. Below is a shaded blue background with a motif of a sugar bowl with a detached handle ready for gluing, overlaid with a stylized CYJANOPAN inscription on a gold rectangular, diagonal background, behind which is a yellow letter G in a white circle. The darker blue background of the central part of the box is covered with a series of horizontal light blue lines, gradually darkening towards the bottom of the box, and below, at the edge, is a yellow horizontal stripe with the black inscription www.chemistik.pl. On the left side of the box there is a yellow inscription arranged vertically in two lines: "ideal for porous and vertical surfaces Ideal for porous and vertical surfaces", while on the right side there are three squares filled with a blue background and outlined in white, one above the other, on which are superimposed photographs of various glued objects: a handle glued to the wall, a shoe, and a ceramic jug, with a yellow slanted inscription GEL placed above the upper square. On the tube covered with a transparent dome with glue in yellow, white, and blue, in the center of the box there is a stylized inscription CYJANOPAN GEL Cyanoacrylate gel, in white, yellow, and black. The adhesive packaging in the second design variant is a tube of adhesive, consisting of a blue and yellow reservoir, a yellow spacer ring, a white pipette collar, and a yellow twirl cap. On the blue part of the reservoir, along its right side contour, there is a diagonally arranged elongated field of a stylized black rhombus, on which is placed the stylized inscription CYJANOPAN in white. Its stylized letter C, larger than the other letters, is outlined in black, while behind this inscription is the word GEL in yellow.
