W jednym z krótszych boków podstawy ló zeczka umieszczono drabink e wykonan a z p laskich szczebli, która laczy si e z krótsz a i d luzsz a drabink a boczn a wykonan a równie z z p laskich szczebli, przy czym górna listwa drabinek bocznych ma charakterystyczny lukowaty kszta lt, schodz ac ku podstawie ló zeczka. Fig. 2 przedstawia wykonan a z drewna, lakierowan a na bia lo szaf e dzieci ec a, posiadaj ac a w dolnej cz esci wysuwan a na kólkach skrzyni e na zabawki, której front ma posta c drabinki wykonanej z p laskich szczebli w kolorze jasnego drewna. W srodkowej cz esci drzwi szafy wykonano uchwyty w postaci prostopad lo sciennych wt locze n. Jak zaprezentowano na fig. 3 wykonana z drewna i lakierowana na bia lo komoda z szufladami wed lug wzoru przemys lowego, posiada u lozone w jednej linii jedna nad drug a trzy szuflady, w górnej kraw edzi których, od ich wewn etrznej strony wykonano poziome otwory spe lniaj ace rol e uchwytów. Jedn a z szuflad komody pomalowano w kolorze kontrastowym do bia lego. Komod e zako nczono pro- stym blatem, natomiast w dole komody zamontowano pod lu zn a listw e coko lu. Jak zaprezentowano na fig. 4 wykonana z drewna i lakierowana na bia lo komoda z szufladami i przewijakiem wed lug wzoru przemys lowego, posiada równie z u lo zone w jednej linii jedna nad drug a trzy szuflady, w górnej kraw edzi których, od ich wewn etrznej strony wykonano poziome otwory spe l- niaj ace rol e uchwytów. Jedn a z szuflad komody pomalowano w kolorze kontrastowym do bia lego. W dole komody zamontowano pod lu zn a listw e coko lu, natomiast gór e komody zako nczono prostym blatem z umieszczonym na niej przewijakiem dla niemowl at, sk ladaj acym si e z czterech polaczonych wzajemnie scianek bocznych, przy czym górna scianka jest lukowato wgi eta. Przewijak swoj a budow a dostosowano do wymiarów komód i ló zeczek, tak by w warunkach zwyk lego u zytkowania wmontowa c go na powierzchni e górn a komody lub powierzchni e ló zeczka. Fig. 5 przedstawia lakierowany na bia lo wieszak, którego tylna p laszczyzna jest p laska, co umo zliwia mocowanie jej do sciany. Boki wieszaka maj ace trójk atny kszta lt, wykonano z niebarwione- go drewna. Przód wieszaka ma charakterystyczny, fantazyjny kszta lt w postaci drabinki z p laskimi szczeblami, umo zliwiaj acymi zawieszanie na nich ró znych przedmiotów. Na fig. 6 pokazano krzese lko dzieci ece, którego siedzisko i oparcie sporz adzono z lakierowa- nego na bia lo drewna, natomiast nogi i pozosta le elementy krzese lka wykonano korzystnie w ró znych kolorach: niebieskim, czerwonym, zó ltym. Jak zademonstrowano na fig. 7, stolik dzieci ecy posiada dwustronny blat, z którego jednej stro- ny wykonano w formie frezu edukacyjn a gr e dla dzieci.PL 18549 3 Na Fig. 8 pokazano laweczk e dzieci ec a, której siedzisko i oparcie sporz adzono z lakierowane- go na bia lo drewna, natomiast nogi i pozosta le elementy laweczki wykonano korzystnie w ró znych kolorach: niebieskim, czerwonym, zó ltym. Fig. 9 przedstawia lakierowan a na bia lo skrzyni e o kszta lcie prostopad lo scianu. W dole skrzyni zamontowano (opcjonalnie) bieguny wykonane z drewna. Dolna scianka biegunów ma lukowaty kszta lt, umozliwiaj acy ko lysanie. W górnej cz esci skrzyni zamontowano piankowe siedzisko. W d lu z- szych sciankach bocznych skrzyni wykonano prostok atne otwory, natomiast w krótszych sciankach bocznych zamontowano linowe zaczepy. Drewniane bieguny skrzyni mo zna równie z zamontowa c do lózeczka dzieci ecego. Na fig. 10 przedstawiono lakierowany na bia lo regal, którego tylna p laszczyzna jest p laska, co umo zliwia mocowanie jej do sciany. Rega l posiada u lo zone w jednej linii, jedna nad drug a trzy charak- terystyczne pó lki. Boki dwóch górnych pó lek maj acych trójk atny kszta lt, wykonano z niebarwionego drewna, natomiast boki dolnej pó lki wykonano w kolorze zó ltym. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemys lowego jest kolorystyka i oryginalny wygl ad wchodz acych w sk lad zestawu mebli, wykonanych z lakierowanego w ró znych kolorach drewna i maj acych posta c wielo scianów, przejawiaj acy si e w wykorzystaniu fantazyjnych form oraz oryginalnym zestawieniu detali elementów zestawu mebli oraz ich kolorów. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemys lowego jest równie z to, i z fronty szuflad s a zró znicowane kolorystycznie a elementy lózeczka, szafy, wieszaka oraz rega lu maj a fantazyjne kszta lty w postaci drabinek utworzonych z równych, p laskich szczebli. The essence of the design is reflected in the original appearance of the furniture included in the set, as well as in its characteristic simple forms and the use of an original decorative motif, the use of diverse colors, and the possibility of freely combining and arranging the furniture. The subject of the design is shown in a collective photograph of a set of children's furniture and, to better illustrate the design, in figures of its elements, in which: Fig. 1 shows a bed in a perspective view Fig. 2 shows a wardrobe in a perspective view Fig. 3 shows a chest of drawers in a perspective view Fig. 4 shows a chest of drawers with drawers and a changing table in a perspective view Fig. 5 shows a coat rack in a perspective view Fig. 6 shows a children's chair in a perspective view Fig. 7 shows a children's table in a perspective view Fig. 8 shows a bench in a perspective view Fig. 9 shows a rocking chest in a perspective view Fig. 10 shows a shelf in a perspective view The wooden furniture in the set has the shape of polyhedrons of various depths. The furniture fronts are lacquered and contain elements in contrasting colors as well as rung decorations. As shown in Fig. 1, a wooden bed based on an industrial design has the shape of a rectangular wall with a base mounted on four legs, preferably in various colors: blue, red, yellow, and white. One of the shorter sides of the bed base has a ladder made of flat rungs, which connects to a shorter and longer side ladder also made of flat rungs, with the upper slat of the side ladders having a characteristic arched shape, descending to the bed base. Fig. 2 shows a children's wardrobe made of wood, painted white, with a pull-out toy chest on wheels at the bottom, the front of which is in the form of a ladder made of flat rungs in a light wood color. The central section of the wardrobe doors features handles in the form of perpendicular wall-mounted grooves. As shown in Figure 3, the white-painted, industrial-style chest of drawers is made of wood and features three drawers arranged in a row, one above the other, with horizontal holes in the inner upper edge serving as handles. One of the chest of drawers is painted in a contrasting color to the white. The chest of drawers is finished with a straight top, while the bottom of the chest of drawers is mounted under a long plinth strip. As shown in Figure 4, the wooden, white-painted chest of drawers and a changing table, designed according to an industrial design, also features three drawers arranged in a single line, one above the other, with horizontal holes in the inner upper edge serving as handles. One of the chest of drawers is painted in a contrasting color to the white. A long plinth is mounted at the bottom of the chest of drawers, while the top of the chest of drawers is topped with a simple tabletop with a baby changing table on it, consisting of four interconnected side walls, the top wall being curved. The changing table's design is adapted to the dimensions of chests of drawers and beds, so that under normal use, it can be mounted on the top of the chest of drawers or the surface of the bed. Fig. 5 shows a white-lacquered coat rack with a flat back surface, allowing it to be mounted to a wall. The triangular sides of the rack are made of unstained wood. The front of the rack has a distinctive, fanciful ladder shape with flat rungs for hanging various items. Fig. 6 shows a children's chair whose seat and backrest are made of white-lacquered wood, while the legs and other elements of the chair are attractively finished in various colors: blue, red, and yellow. As demonstrated in Fig. 7, the children's table has a double-sided top, on one side of which is a milled educational game for children.PL 18549 3 Fig. 8 shows a children's bench whose seat and backrest are made of white-lacquered wood, while the legs and other bench components are conveniently finished in various colors: blue, red, and yellow. Fig. 9 shows a white-lacquered box with a rectangular shape. Optionally, wooden poles are mounted at the bottom of the box. The lower wall of the poles has an arcuate shape, allowing for rocking. A foam seat is mounted at the top of the box. Rectangular holes are made in the longer side walls, while rope hooks are mounted in the shorter side walls. The wooden poles of the box can also be attached to a cot. Figure 10 shows a white-painted shelf with a flat back surface, allowing it to be wall-mounted. The shelf features three distinctive shelves arranged in a single line, one above the other. The sides of the two upper shelves, triangular in shape, are made of unstained wood, while the sides of the lower shelf are yellow. The fronts of the upper and middle shelves have a smooth white surface, while the front of the lower shelf is partly smooth and partly has a fanciful ladder shape with flat rungs for hanging various items. Essential features of the industrial design include the color scheme and unique appearance of the furniture set, made of wood varnished in various colors and shaped like polyhedrons. This is manifested in the use of imaginative forms and the original combination of details and colors. Other essential features of the industrial design include the drawer fronts being variegated in color, and the elements of the bed, wardrobe, coat rack, and shelf having fanciful shapes in the form of ladders made of even, flat rungs.
