Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest suszarka balkonowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac suszarki balkonowej przejawiajaca sie w jego indywidualnym charakterze nadanym mu przez nowe kontury i ksztalty, co wplywa na oryginalny wyglad i podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok suszarki w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - w widoku aksonometrycznym, fig. 3 - widok obejmy mocujacej. Suszarke stanowia dwa prety 1 z obejmami 2 sluzacymi do jej montazu na elementach konstrukcyjnych balkonu oraz linki 3. Linki 3 na swoich koncach maja oczka 4, które umieszczone na pretach 1 umozliwiaja ich swobodne przesuwanie sie w celu ich rozsuniecia oraz zsuniecia. Obejmy 2 umiejscowione sa na koncach pretów 1, przy czym istnieje mozliwosc regulacji rozstawu mocowania suszarki. Obejme 2 stanowia dwie czesci, czesc górna 5 oraz czesc dolna 6. Czesc górna obejmy 5 ma ksztalt tulejki, w której umieszcza sie pret 1, z wyprowadzona koncówka w postaci plaskownika z otworami. Czesc dolna 6 obejmy 2 stanowi plaskownik z otworami. Plaskowniki czesci górnej 5 oraz czesci dolnej 6 obejmy 2 po zamontowaniu na elementach konstrukcyjnych balkonu skreca sie srubami 7. Cechy istotne wzoru polegaja na tym, ze suszarke stanowia dwa prety 1 z obejmami 2 sluzacymi do jej montazu na elementach konstrukcyjnych balkonu oraz linki 3, które na swoich koncach maja oczka 4 umozliwiajace swobodne przesuwanie sie linek 3 na pretach 1 w celu ich rozsuniecia oraz zsuniecia. Obejmy 2 umiejscowione sa na koncach pretów 1, przy czym istnieje mozliwosc regulacji rozstawu mocowania suszarki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 2. Obejme 2 stanowia dwie czesci, czesc górna 5 oraz czesc dolna 6. Czesc górna obejmy 5 ma ksztalt tulejki, w której umieszcza sie pret 1 z wyprowadzona koncówka w postaci plaskownika z otworami. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the balcony dryer, manifested in its individual character, given to it by new contours and shapes, which influence its original appearance and enhance its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a top view of the dryer, Fig. 2 - an axonometric view, and Fig. 3 - a view of the mounting bracket. The dryer consists of two rods 1 with brackets 2 used for mounting it on the balcony's structural elements, and a cable 3. Cables 3 have eyelets 4 at their ends, which, placed on rods 1, allow them to slide freely to be extended or retracted. Clamps 2 are located at the ends of rods 1, allowing for adjustment of the dryer mounting spacing. Clamp 2 consists of two parts: an upper part 5 and a lower part 6. The upper part of clamp 5 is shaped like a sleeve, into which rod 1 is placed, with a flat bar with holes extending out at the end. The lower part 6 of clamp 2 is a flat bar with holes. The flat bars of the upper part 5 and the lower part 6 of the clamp 2, after mounting on the balcony's structural elements, are screwed together with screws 7. The essential features of the design are that the dryer consists of two rods 1 with clamps 2 used for mounting it on the balcony's structural elements, and a cable 3, which has eyes 4 at their ends, allowing the cables 3 to slide freely on the rods 1 to be pulled apart and apart. The clamps 2 are located at the ends of the rods 1, and it is possible to adjust the dryer mounting spacing, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
