Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopka ochronna zabezpieczajaca przed otarciem lub przed uszkodzeniem ponczoche otaczajaca dolne czesci stopy. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac stopki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacych jej oryginalny wyglad. Stopke ochronna wedlug wzoru stanowi bezszwowy odcinek elastycznej dzianiny o ksztalcie ló- deczki, nadany poprzez przednia i tylna pare linii laczenia/gubienia oczek oraz przedni i tylny odcinek sciagaczowy pomiedzy tymi liniami. Stopka ochronna bardzo dobrze dopasowuje sie do ksztaltu sto- py, a jednakowa grubosc na calej powierzchni zapewnia poczucie komfortu w trakcie uzytkowania zas linie laczenia/gubienia oczek stanowia dodatkowo element dekoracyjny. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia wierzchnia czesc zlozonej stopki, Fig. 2 – spodnia czesc, a Fig. 3 – stopke zalozona na stope. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Stopke ochronna stanowi bezszwowy odcinek elastycznej dzianiny o ksztalcie lódeczki, posia- dajacy przednia i tylna pare linii laczenia/gubienia oczek oraz przedni i tylny odcinek sciagaczowy pomiedzy tymi liniami, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1–3. The essence of the design is the new form of the foot, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give it a unique appearance. The protective foot, according to the design, is a seamless section of elastic knit fabric in a boat shape, achieved by a front and back pair of connecting/dropping lines, and a front and back ribbed section between these lines. The protective foot adapts very well to the shape of the foot, and the uniform thickness across the entire surface ensures a feeling of comfort during use, while the connecting/dropping lines also serve as a decorative element. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the top part of the folded foot, Fig. 2 – the bottom part, and Fig. 3 – the foot placed on the foot.
