Abstract

The external plasterwork mass is designed to be applied with a roller. Characterized in that: It consists of: 13-25 percent of water dispersion of n-acrylate of butyl and styrene; 50-75 percent of carbonate fillers with the grain size of 0-300 μm; 0.1-0.3 percent of a thickening agent in the form of a water solution of ammonium acrylate with two amide groups; 0.2-0.5 percent of another thickening agent in the form of a water solution of a copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone; 0.5-5 percent of water; 0.1-0.3 percent of a fungicide; 0.2-0.6 of a 9 percent ammonia solution; 0.1-0.3 percent of a froth breaker in the form of an emulsion of a hydrophobic agent in paraffin oils; 0.4-0.6 percent of titanium dioxide; 0.1-0.5 percent of pigment dispersing agents in the form of sodium polyphosphate and water solution of ammonium polyacrylate; 0.1-0.5 percent of a hydrophobising agent in the form of a mixture of sodium soap, oleic acid, a stearate of an alkaline-earths metal and zinc stearate; 1-3 percent of mineral spirits; 0.8-1.5 percent of a mixture of diisobutyl esters of bicarbonic acid; 0.1-0.3 percent of alkaline 60 percent paraffin dispersion; 0-15 percent of inorganic pigments; 0-4 percent pigment pastes.

Description

The subject of the invention is external plastering mass to be applied with a roller. It is intended for the execution of thin-layer facade coatings on cement-lime, concrete and other substrates as well as for facade finishes when insulating external walls of buildings with the "light" method (in accordance with the ITB certificates No. 530/85 and 530/95).

There is a known plaster mass with the trade name "Fibrofob WP-2", which is a mixture of lime dough, polyvinyl acetate dispersion, cellulose fiber, quartz sand and pigment. Other known plastering compositions are based on aqueous dispersions of a synthetic resin of a copolymer of methyl acrylate, styrene and maleate or a copolymer of vinyl acetate with maleate in an amount of up to 15%.

A more modern product with carbonate fillers, ensuring higher quality and durability of the obtained coatings, is an external plastering mass for roller application, based on a water dispersion of n-butyl acrylate and styrene copolymer containing marble-type mineral fillers of various granularity, with the addition of auxiliary agents such as dispersants, defoamer, water, fungicide, thickeners: acrylic and vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer, coalescents, titanium white and a hydrophobic agent preventing the coatings from getting dirty.

The external plastering mass to be applied with a roller, according to the invention, is available in 24 colors. It is adapted to be applied with a roller. It has the ITB certificate No. A / 14/93, which qualifies for use in construction.

The external plastering mass to be applied with a roller according to the invention consists of: 13-25% of an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and styrene, 50-75% of carbonate fillers (marble in a metamorphic form) with an appropriately selected granulation degree of 0-300 µm, 0, 1-0.3% thickener, consisting of an aqueous solution of ammonium acrylate, containing amide groups, 0.2-0.5% of a second thickener, consisting of a vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer, 0.5-5%) water, 0.1-0, 3% of fungicide, 0.2-0.6% of ammonia solution, 0.1-0.3% of a defoamer which is an emulsion of a hydrophobic agent in paraffin oils, 0.4-0.6% of titanium dioxide, 0.1 -0.5% of pigment dispersants in the form of sodium polyphosphate and an aqueous solution of ammonium polyacrylate, 0.1-0.5% of a hydrophobicizing agent consisting of a mixture of: sodium soap, oleic acid, alkaline earth stearate and zinc stearate, 1-3% lacquer benin , 0.8-1.5% of a mixture of acid diisobutyl esters

Patent claim External plastering mass to be applied with a roller, characterized by the fact that it consists of: 13-25% of an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and styrene, 50-75% of carbonate fillers with a granulation degree of 0-300 pm, 0.1-0.3 % of a thickener, consisting of an aqueous solution of ammonium acrylate, containing amide groups, 0.2-0.5% of a second thickener, consisting of an aqueous solution of a vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer, 0.5-5% of water, 0.1-0.3% of a fungicide, 0.2-0.6% ammonia solution, 0.1-0.3% skimmer, which is an emulsion of a hydrophobic agent in paraffin oils, 0.4-0.6% titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.5 % of pigment dispersants in the form of sodium polyphosphate and an aqueous solution of ammonium polyacrylate, 0.1-0.5% of a hydrophobizing agent, consisting of a mixture of: sodium soap, oleic acid, alkaline earth stearate and zinc stearate, 1-3% white spirit, 0, 8-1.5% mixture of bicarbonate diisobutyl esters, 0.1-0.3% alkaline 60% paraffin dispersion, 0-15% inorganic pigments, 0- 4% pigment pastes.
