Technical Field

Background
The underground garage has poor air circulation and high water content of the base layer, and after a ceiling and a wall of the underground garage are coated with the traditional organic coating, the coating has the defects of cracking, bulging, pulverization and the like due to the damp base layer, and the wall is easy to discolor due to the breeding of bacteria and mildew in the damp environment. In addition, the inorganic coating has high organic matter content, and a paint film can generate toxic smoke after burning when a fire disaster happens, so that the toxic smoke can cause damage to a human body.
The invention adopts alkali metal silicate and a small amount of organic emulsion as film forming substances, and simultaneously adds powder with flame retardance and smoke suppression, so that the film has the film coating characteristics of the traditional organic coating, and also has the high air permeability of the inorganic coating, and meanwhile, the paint film is not combustible, and chemical corrosion prevention and mildew prevention auxiliary agents are not added, so that the paint film has the characteristics of air permeability, mildew prevention, non-combustion, non-toxicity and the like.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
1. the alkali metal silicate and the organic emulsion are mixed and spliced to be used as a film forming substance, and part of flame-retardant powder is added, so that a paint film has the fire resistance and the air permeability of the organic paint and the scrubbing resistance of the organic paint.
2. The pH value of the system is more than 11, microbes are difficult to breed in a high-alkaline environment, and the coating can achieve the effects of corrosion and mildew prevention without adding chemical anticorrosive components, so that the coating has excellent environmental protection.
3. The dry content of organic matters in the product is within 4 percent, and meanwhile, part of the flame-retardant powder is added to meet the requirement of A1-grade refractory materials in the national standard GB 8624-2012.
4. The traditional inorganic coating is easy to gel after being stored for a long time due to poor stability of silicate, and the inorganic coating can not gel during the storage period only by adding a stabilizer. The product selects powder and emulsion with low ion content without adding heavy calcium used in the traditional coating, does not react with alkali metal silicate, and can obviously improve the storage stability of the inorganic coating compared with the traditional inorganic coating without adding a quaternary ammonium salt stabilizer.
