Abstract

1. Sposób eksploatacji grubych i silnie nachylonych pokładów węgla, rozciągających się wzdłuż i silnie nachylonych poprzecznie, urabianych kompleksem zmechanizowanym po wzniosie z zastosowaniem podsadzania hydraulicznego pustki poeksploatacyjnej, znamienny tym, że wzdłuż pokładu po rozciągłości wykonuje się równoległe chodniki - górny wentylacyjny chodnik (1) leżący wyżej i dolny transportowy chodnik (2) leżący niżej, a następnie poszczególne chodniki (1, 2) łączy się kolejno parami pochylni (3, 4) dzielącymi pole eksploatacyjne na szereg ubierek (5), zaś poszczególne pary pochylni (3, 4) łączy się szeregiem przecinek (6), przy czym transport urobku przebiega od przenośnika ścianowego pochylnią (3) po wzniosie do najbliższej przecinki (6) leżącej powyżej czoła calizny, a następnie pochylnią (4) po upadzie do dolnego chodnika (2), przy czym poszczególne przecinki (6) po przejściu czoła calizny zamyka się poprzecznymi tamami (8) i prowadzi proces podsadzania pustki eksploatacyjnej określonej ubierki (5)1. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób eksploatacji pokładów węgla kamiennego grubych i silnie nachylonych, rozciągających się wzdłuż i stromych poprzecznie, urabianych kompleksem zmechanizowanym po wzniosie z zastosowaniem podsadzania.The subject of the invention is a method of mining thick and strongly sloping hard coal seams, extending longitudinally and steep transversely, mined with a mechanized complex on a slope with the use of backfilling.

Eksploatacja stromo zalęgających pokładów węgla kamiennego do chwili obecnej stanowi problem, który pogłębia się w przypadku konieczności stosowania podsadzki.The exploitation of steeply littering hard coal beds is a problem to date, which is exacerbated when it is necessary to use a backfill.

Dla tak zalegającego pokładu możliwe jest stosowanie tak zwanego ,jmkowickiego” ubierkowo - zabierkowego systemu eksploatacji przez podzielenie wyrobiska ścianowego na ubierki i wybieranie każdej ubierki odrębnie. System ten oparty głównie na pracy ręcznej i stosowaniu materiału wybuchowego jest drogi, a konieczność stosowania podsadzki i wzdłużnych tam podsadzkowych dla utrzymania pochylni dzielących pole na poszczególne ubierki jeszcze poważniej komplikuje i podraża eksploatację. Zagadnieniem nie wskazanym w patencie jest zagadnienie odstawy urobku oraz podsadzania wyrobiska w przypadku takiej konieczności, a więc należy sądzić, że muszą być utrzymywane pochylnie dla odstawy urobku, zaś w przypadku konieczności podsadzania budowane być muszą tamy boczne chroniące te pochylnie.An issue not mentioned in the patent is the issue of the spoil haulage and the backfilling of the excavation, if necessary, so it should be assumed that there must be ramps for the spoil haulage, and if backfilling is necessary, side dams must be built to protect these ramps.

Sposób eksploatacji pokładu zalegającego stromo poprzecznie, którego granice określone są dwoma chodnikami, górnym chodnikiem wentylacyjnym i dolnym chodnikiem odstawy, dzieli się poprzecznie szeregiem par pochylni na ubierki, a poszczególne pochylnie łączy się wzajemnie szeregiem poprzecznych przecinek, przy czym urabianie poszczególnych ubierek następuje po wzniosie z chodnika dolnego w kierunku górnego kompleksem zmechanizowanym z równoczesnym podsadzaniem pustki eksploatacyjnej, a transport urobku następuje po wzniosie pochylnią od strony następnej ubierki, najbliższą poprzeczna przecinką do równoległej pochylni i w dół do chodnika transportowego.
